Seven Individual Standouts From Tuesday and Wednesday Night

Weather is still playing a bit of an impact with a bunch of postponements on Tuesday night and a few more still on Wednesday. We've heard great things, seen the stats he has put up, and have watched him on film and in the summer, but this was our first opportunity to see him suit up for Bowman Academy. The 6'3" athletic wing got off to a slow start, but then scored 21 of his game-high 26 points in the second half to lead the Eagles to a 58-44 win over Illiana Christian. The talented left-handed guard narrowly missed a triple-double finishing with 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists. They only have one loss to a fellow Class 1A team though and that was #1 Kouts. Mays poured in a career-high 27 points, including four three-point shots, on Wednesday evening. On Tuesday night it was Whitaker who stepped up and went a perfect 4-4 from deep on his way to 21 points as Jimtown defeated Elkhart Christian 59-40.
