Fielder is the state's best scorer, and he has one of the highest usage rates that I've ever seen from a 6A player. He's a 6'8 paint beast that you cannot stop with only one player, so they send double teams. That doesn't even work, so sometimes they send more. He's the No.1 option that teams gameplan for, and it's been that way since his sophomore season. We thought that we saw a remarkable junior season when he put up 24.1 points and 7.8 rebounds a game, but in his senior year, he's averaging 34.2 points and 11.3 rebounds to go along with it. He's a player who you have to defend the moment he crosses halfcourt, as he is not afraid to let it fly, he hits the mid-range, and if he gets single coverage on the block, it's too late. He scores from all three levels and reads defenses. His offensive effort has him in a league of his own. He already has 1671 points scored, but at this rate, he has to be aiming for 2,000 points scored, and I think he gets it. This was all done in practically three seasons, which makes it more impressive. He's having a monster season and is well on his way to putting his name with some of the state's most prolific scorers.

Can't wait for people to look at his career when it's all done, seriously. When you're not so deep in the weeds, and he's 40 points away from 2000 points scored. He can get that in one game. He's got his team to multiple state appearances and even brought one home, he's been the POY for multiple years, and is looking to go finish off his senior season with a 3-peat. He could flirt with going after 2500 points scored if he has a few monster games, and I fully expect those to come as they get into league play. He's strong, athletic, and cannot be denied, and is putting up 26.1 points a game in his senior season. He's one of the state's best scorers that we've seen and continues to dominate.

Lebron is also one of the few players who is coming up on the 2,000 points scored mark, and he's not a name that too many know about. Thing is, he's been dominating since his freshman year when he was a small guard reading defenses, uses his speed and shooting to space the floor as a marksman from deep, and is used as a specialist. Now, he has a balanced game and the ability to take over the game. The team makes sure to put the ball in his hands and watch him operate. He gets to wherever he wants on the floor, he's turning defense into offense and the 3-pointer is not his only go-to move, but rather a weapon. He's still lighting teams up from deep, but it comes with dissecting defenses. He forces double teams and passes and gets it back, he finishes well inside of the paint, and has a lethal isolation game. In his career, he has had a 40-point game, a few 30-point games, and is a player who you can count on to get 20. He's only finished in single digits ONCE, and that came when he was a sophomore. He's gotten his team off to one of the best seasons in school history and has his sights on something much bigger. But with his steadiness, I am fully expecting him to reach that elusive 2,000 mark. Solid career for the guard at Banning Lewis

When it comes to raw talent, look no further than Cash, as he checks off so many boxes. He shoots the 3-ball, he dunks in traffic, and he's the best mid-range shooter in the entire state, and every night out, you're going to get those three things. His usage has skyrocketed in his senior year, but he's been delivering since putting up 20 points a game as a sophomore. Things have changed since then, and the wins as of late have been on his shoulders. He's a solid rebounder, he starts the break, and he breaks guys down off the dribble. He is an iso scorer who opposing teams have had difficulty slowing down for three seasons. He's only scored in single digits once in his three-year stretch. There aren't many players who have been better over a 3 year stretch, and he finally got to the 1,000 points scored earlier in the season.

Trimm just passed 1000 points scored at home in the 4th game of his senior season, which put him in one of the top scorers in GW history category. There have been some solid lists of scorers over there. They stopped the game and honored him for his achievement. Trimm has been a solid contributor since his freshman season and has continued to work on his game. He's consistent, a 3-level scorer, and uses his athleticism. He hunts mismatches, plays at his own pace, and there are not many things he cannot do offensively. He's a 1,000-point scorer and is the heartbeat of that Patriots squad. Excited to see how he elevates his game in the playoffs to try and make a deep run.

I remember getting a text message a few years ago from Coach Workie, and all he kept saying was, “You have to get eyes on Preston. He is going to be one of the state's best scorers.” Fast forward to now, and he is a Top 5 scorer in the state. The 6'6 wing can do it all, and he passed the 1000 points scored mark earlier this season. He's aggressive, assertive in every setting that I've seen, and despite the game plan for opposing teams has still found a way to put up huge scoring performances. He's had some offensive explosions throughout the year, but the way that he manipulates defenses this season has separated him. He's putting up 30 points a game, has had 30 points or more on six different occasions, and his season-low is 23 points. That's production. His skill, coupled with his length and size, makes him a very interesting prospect that more college eyes should be on.

Braketa is one of the top shooters and most reliable all-around prospects in the entire state. What I've enjoyed watching is his evolution as a player as he's worn many hats. He's been whatever the team has needed every year, but he took a step and hasn't looked back since his sophomore season. He's averaged double figures for three straight seasons, and he just passed the 1000 point mark to begin his final year. He's putting up 18.7 points a game right now. He's also showcased his playmaking abilities, and that has led to wins. He has his team playing like the best team in the state right now as they sit undefeated on the year. He's a member of the 1,000 points scored club, and that makes for a family full of bucket getters!
