[player_tooltip player_id='2026792' first='Robbie' last='Long'] at the LSI contuined to prove why he's one of the most impactful guards on the floor at all times. A strong rebounder for his position, Long is a great playmaker and solid passer who consistently makes the right reads and elevates his teammates. He gets to the rim with ease, whether attacking off the bounce or posting up smaller defenders, and uses his good length to finish through contact and draw trips to the ft-line. Defensively, Long is a good on-ball defender and a true competitor who embraces tough matchups. His high basketball IQ, versatility, and willingness to do the little things make him an excellent team player. Add in his slashing ability and clutch play, and Long is a guard you can trust in big moments as well.

This past week, Hopkins displayed how much of a versatile offensive weapon he is. He impacted the game in a variety of ways. He has a good jumper with a smooth mid-range game, highlighted by a polished fadeaway that he can go to when needed. Hopkins finishes at the rim with ease, attacks downhill confidently, and plays above the rim, making him a constant lob threat and high-level slasher. He's a solid defender and good rebounder who competes on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he shows comfort as a decent ball handler and can operate as a solid post player when matched up inside. Add in his ability to knock down the three, his strong basketball IQ, Hopkins brings real value as a vocal leader and true team player who consistently makes winning plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='2026058' first='Elijah' last='Thompson'] is a crafty, poised guard who consistently puts pressure on the defense by attacking the rim. He plays with great composure, makes strong reads as a passer, and shows a clear willingness to get his teammates involved. On the defensive end, Thompson is active with his hands, competes on the glass as a reliable rebounder. His all-around impact and steady play stood out throughout the tournament, and his performance was rewarded with an offer from Portland State — marking his first Division I offer and a well-earned milestone in his recruitment.

[player_tooltip player_id='2026515' first='Brooks' last='Fortune'] emerged as one of the top stories of the tournament, delivering a standout performance in Southridge's upset win over nationally ranked Rainier Beach. Fortune held his own defensively, competing on both ends and playing a key role in the 22-point performance that fueled Southridge's statement victory. A knockdown shooter with deep range, Fortune showed confidence from beyond the arc while also showcasing a polished mid-range game. He put pressure on the defense by attacking closeouts and drawing fouls, capitalizing on scoring opportunities. While a streaky shooter at times, his ability to heat up quickly makes him a dangerous player.

He complements his downhill game with a reliable mid-range touch and the ability to knock down shots from the perimeter. A solid ball handler with a high basketball IQ, Lake plays with great feel and competitiveness, goes 100% every possession, contributes on the glass, and impacts the game defensively with his versatility and effort.
