And they made it a 21-19 game going into halftime. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Both teams really turned things up a notch in the 3rd quarter. As their weren't many misses. The Wildcats were about to head into the 4th quarter with the lead, but then the Lions dropped in another shot and it was 39-38 after 3 quarters of play. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The intensity of the game picked up even more in the 4th, and every possession held a ton of weight since it was so close. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2468405' first='Amari' last='Hinds'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2471021' first='Jacory' last='Boyce'] then helped give the Wildcats the lead. He hit the first one to tie it up. He had to use a euro step to avoid getting a charge call, and his lay-up attempt then rolled all the way around the rim (almost in slow motion).
