Holiday Hoops Small Forward Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over the Holiday break i got to see tons of basketball from Eastern Arizona in Thatcher to Estrella Foothills and finally Nike T.O.C in Mesa Arizona. I seen a huge mix of Arizona hoops from 1A teams to 6A nationally ranked power houses. It was basketball heaven for two weeks. Jacobi is one of the best down hill drivers i have seen this year. His speed and handle allows him to get to the bucket at will. Jacobi can finish through contact, finesse or just rise above the defender for a dunk. He is a great slasher and is always a lob threat. He is at his best on the break and playing fast. Defensively his has the potential to be a lock down player with his length and athleticism. He already is one of the top defenders on his team and will take on any matchup head on. Despite only being a freshman His frame and athleticism are already next level. He plays physical on the inside and invites contact. He has a very solid outside shot with great form. Trevin knocks down his catch and shoot threes at a high clip and can get hot real fast. He has a good handle and can develop in to a point forward with his high basketball IQ. Gavin likes to play at a fast pace and get to the rim. He takes it strong to the rack and will even try to throw it down with two hands. He has a nice jump shot and will shoot it if you give him space. He can hit the three and the mid range at high clips and is always looking to get a bucket. He is a good rebounder and will always crash and get second chance points. He reads passing lanes really well and is a solid one on one defender. Hale's athleticism is next level and he uses it to his advantage. When he gets to the rim he can finish many ways like through contact, finesse or straight up dunking on defenders. He has a good handle to get by defenders and a solid outside shot that can extend beyond the three. He is a legit defender that has grit to him and can guard 1-5. He has great timing on his blocks and will often come from the weak side. Tony's ability to score combined with his length makes him a tough matchup. He gets to his spots in the midrange and has nice rise making it tough to contest. He is capable of going on personal scoring runs and can fill up the stat sheet fast. He often brings up the ball and can initiate the offense. He has a nice handle and a bit of shiftiness to him. He reads passing lanes really well that lead to fast break dunks. Ben is super versatile and can play many roles on the court. He can be a spot up shooter and provide non stop movement off ball. He also has the ability to bring up the ball and run the offense. He has great vision and will hit cutters and find shooters. He has a good handle on the ball and can even create shots for him self. He plays good team defense and communicates on the floor. Ben is a high impact player that is very versatile. PJ showcased his physical ability's inside the paint by rebounding and attacking the basket aggressively. He invites contact at the rim and often bumps off defenders. He has a nice midrange jumper that allows him the counter his drives. Defensively is where he has the ability to really impact the game. The defensive tools he has will translate to the next level. He has a high motor and it show on the glass. PJ has all the tools to get to the next level and will continue to get better.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
