<p>Friday night started the 6th Annual Banterra Bank Warrior Showcase hosted at Evansville Harrison High School. The event was kicked off by three games on Friday night followed by a seven game slate on Saturday. Game 1 of the night was the host Evansville Harrison Warriors playing against the Arsenal Tech Titans. Game 2 featured Hopkinsville (KY) against the Evansville Reitz Panthers. Game 3 was the premier matchup of the night with the Indiana Cathedral Fighting Irish taking on the Evansville Bosse Bulldogs. Jam packed event with scholarship players at all levels. <p><strong>Arsenal Tech Titans vs Evansville Harrison Warriors</strong></p>

<p>Evansville Harrison jumped out early hitting their first three shots to take an early 6-0 lead and never looked back. Powered by a nine point halftime lead and a quick 7-0 run to start the second half, the Warriors extended their lead to 32-16 quickly in the 3rd Quarter and was able to hold off Arsenal Tech's late runs to defeat the Titans 58-54. Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2622040' first='Dean' last='Underwood'] was huge in the second half early on with back to back steals and buckets to extend the Warriors lead. Freshman Forward [player_tooltip player_id='2889976' first='Romyiez' last='Calvin'] led the Warriors with 20 points and 8 rebounds. Underwood followed with 11 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals. The senior backcourt of Salmone Mitchell and [player_tooltip player_id='1728675' first='Elexander' last='Harris'] led the Titans comeback efforts but fell short. Mitchell led the way with 20 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists. Harris also finished in double figures with 11 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists in the loss.</p>

<p><strong>Hopkinsville (KY) vs Evansville Reitz</strong></p>

<p>A back and forth first half with Hopkinsville (KY) Senior Guard James Bradley with 10 points to keep the Tigers in it, but the Evansville Reitz Panthers took off in the second half and controlled the rest of the game behind the senior duo of [player_tooltip player_id='2466252' first='Preston' last='Tolliver'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2892526' first='Tim' last='Swope'] to defeat Hopkinsville (KY) 74-66. Tolliver scored 15 of his game high 25 points in the second half followed by Swope with 14 of his 20 points in the second half to help lead the Panthers to the win. Hopkinsville tried to make it interesting late with their pressure but Reitz went 10-12 down the stretch from the free throw line to seal it. Bradley led the Tigers with 25 points followed by Junior Forward Tashaun Quarles with 14 points. Freshman Wing [player_tooltip player_id='3254540' first='Grayson' last='Dease'] was also in double figures for Evansville Reitz finishing with 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists</p>

<p><strong>Indianapolis Cathedral vs Evansville Bosse</strong> </p>

<p>Perhaps the premier game of the entire event, this game between two of the best 3A Programs in the state did not disappoint. Evansville Bosse behind the senior backcourt duo of [player_tooltip player_id='2172596' first='Marrius' last='Harris'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1760994' first='Dorion' last='Bowen'] had the Bulldogs clicking on all cylinders building the lead to 25-15 midway through the 2nd Quarter. Cathedral in Fighting Irish fashion went on a run to cut to deficit to 32-31 at the half behind Mount St. Mary's commit [player_tooltip player_id='1561435' first='Julien' last='Smith'] and Sophomore Forward [player_tooltip player_id='2540063' first='Jaxson' last='Delaney'] off the bench.</p>

<p>In the second half, Cathedral started on a 10-4 run to take a 41-36 lead midway through the 3rd Quarter and never relinquished as the Cathedral Fighting Irish defeat Evansville Bosse 74-67. Smith led all scores with 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. Delaney finished with a monster double-double off the bench with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Aldridge found his groove in the second half and impacted the game in a variety of ways finishing with a balanced 15 points, 5 rebounds, and a game high 8 assists. [player_tooltip player_id='2172596' first='Marrius' last='Harris'] led the Bulldogs with 23 points scoring from all three levels. [player_tooltip player_id='1760994' first='Dorion' last='Bowen'] followed in double figures with double-double of 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists in the loss.</p>
