-Oyekan is creating a name for himself as one of the leaders for a good PG County team in Laurel. A rangy athlete that can closeout to the wings quickly from the paint or rush to protect the rim from the weakside, his value as a 2-way leader for this team really sets the tone in games. Like the balance and consistency on the perimeter jumper but the handle will need to smoothen out to take advantage of his burst to hit jumpers off the bounce. Love the urgency of how quickly he reacts when there is a loose ball or long rebound coming off the rim to beat his man to the spot. That competitive fire and impact on the glass will continue to translate into well-rounded performances as he develops his game.

-Snowden's vision and leadership really translate from his role as the starting QB of the football team to the starting PG for a good Spalding JV group. Snowden weaves through gaps in the defense and is capable of some acrobatic finishes around the rim. Snowden also uses his scoring gravity to create for his teammates well with a flurry of different passing deliveries. Defensively he can develop into a really good POA defender that anticipates movements before they happen and is adept at cutting his matchup's driving lanes off to force turnovers. Midrange pull-up off the bounce was pretty automatic whether he was racing in transition or coming off of side ball-screens. Some nice upside here as a guard on New Cut Rd.

-While Taylor is a national-level recruit on the diamond, his motor and frame make him a sturdy post prospect to monitor moving forward if he continues to grow on this Calvert Hall JV group. Taylor uses a strong base to overpower his matchup on the block to power up to score from vulnerable positions under the rim. While he's still learning defensive rotations and positioning, his motor and work on the glass are invaluable in closing out possessions for his team.

-Explosive downhill driving guard that is constantly probing the defense and creating advantage situations for his team. Love his finishing bag around the rim and in the paint to score effectively in the halfcourt. Defensively he is a difficult guard to score on when he's locked in, poking out live dribble turnovers and switching ends quickly for his team.

-The Ohio native impressed as a combo guard that can play 1-3 at the JV level and make a well-rounded impact on the game. Brannigan has a smooth handle, scores well around the rim, can knock down perimeter shots off the catch, and is a pretty pesky defender that understands how to force TOs whether he is on or off the ball. His feel as an off-ball cutter frees him up for open 3s and rolls to the short corner or middle of the defense to serve as an effective connector on the move. Really interested to see if he continues to grow and how that affects his positional versatility, as his varied skillset allows for a bunch of different lineups for his team.

-O'Brien has stood out to several of our scouts as a young wing prospect with some nice upside as a passer, shooter, and off-ball mover. O'Brien shows advanced feel as a freshman that has earned consistent minutes as a freshman for a deep Whitman group that runs some crisp halfcourt actions.

-Pretty bullish on the long-term upside with White as a rapidly-growing wing prospect that has a nice skillbase. White can create off the bounce effectively and uses his size to find teammates in transition or bully his way to the rim/earn FT opportunities. His activity defensively enables his teammates to take more chances going for steals because he is usually is in great help position. With his combination of size, his intrinsic values/motor, and the current skillbase-- it's easy to be high on him long-term with both a nice ceiling and floor as a prospect. I interviewed him on my Prospect Spotlight series, which can be found here.
