Having a big man who can operate with the ball in his hands and stretch out the defense allows for so many creative offensive sets and to space out the defense. Otite was a great addition to Indiana Elite's 16 U squad over the summer and has continued his impressive play for Andrew's Osborne Academy. I was impressed with his skillset at his size the last time I watched Western Reserve Academy and if he shoots the basketball at a high percentage off the catch, he'll be even tougher to defend. Still working on his offensive skills such as finishing and decision making with the basketball but McCanna already sets hard screens, rebounds and plays physically on both ends of the court.
