The Return to the Mac event took place on Saturday on the campus of the University of Oregon, and eight high school games were played on the floor of McArthur Court for the first time since 2011. We had the opportunity to watch all the action and here are some more standouts from the Classes of 2028 and 2029.

[player_tooltip player_id='2460163' first='Treyson' last='Hill'] (2028 Thurston)

Hill is expected to make a big jump in production from his freshman year to this season and he certainly delivered against Sheldon. A smooth shooter, he hit three threes, but also looked to get to the hoop and was able to draw contact and convert at the line, shooting 6-for-8 FT and finishing with 19 points while using his 6-foot-5 length to disrupt on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2766279' first='Leofatu' last='Filipe'] (2028 Thurston)

An import from the football team where he excels at tight end and defensive end, Filipe stands 6-foot-4 and is obviously well-built physically but moves really well both in the half court and running the floor on the break. He fully utilized his size and strength to battle down low, often getting fouled while going up for the shot. He ended up posting 10 points and seven rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2917741' first='Austin' last='Salter'] (2028 Marshfield)

Salter is a multi-level threat with his length at 6-foot-4 and ability to score both with his back to the basket and facing it. He often looked to slash to the hoop and create off the bounce, getting some baskets around the hoop or drawing fouls while attempting to. He finished with 14 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2790667' first='Scottie' last='Miller'] (2029 South Medford)

Miller is a high-motor guard that was in attack mode most of the time he was in the game. The freshman has good size in the backcourt at around 6-foot-2 and was able to not only knock down a couple of threes but get downhill for some scores around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2948620' first='Bryan' last='Nunez'] (2029 North Medford)

Freshman guard with solid 6-foot-1 size showed a lot of poise and confidence at the point. He was aggressive looking to take the ball to the basket and was able to get some scores, while overall making good decisions with the ball against pressure.
