Monday Night Top Performers; Look Around Minnesota

[player_tooltip player_id='2560499' first='Kevin' last='Wilson Jr.'] - The speedy smooth shooting guard from Tartan poured in 33 points versus Mahtomedi in a 85-69 victory Monday Night. Wilson is an advanced finisher at the rim, and is ultra quick with the ball in his hands. Wilson can get by most defenders off the dribble which is set-up nicely with his outside shooting as Wilson can pull from anywhere beyond the arc.     [player_tooltip player_id='2465512' first='Duke' last='King'] - King, a long and athletic front-court player for Tartan scored 23 points in their win Monday night. King, six-foot-five-inches tall with a longer than his height wingspan, can create havoc on the defensive side of the floor. On offensive he's a match-up problem for forwards and centers with his quickness.     [player_tooltip player_id='2403994' first='Yannick' last='Amoyi'] - Amoyi is a six-foot-five-inch forward from Burnsville that led the Blaze versus Coon Rapids with 21 points and 15 rebounds in a 79-51 victory Monday night. Amoyi is a good athlete that can rise up and dunk with little running space needed. He's been strong for Burnsville all year, last game versus Andover he had 17 points and 6 boards, and contributed on defense with a block or two and a steal in each game.    Wyatt Rafdal - Rafdal is a 2027 guard of Blooming Prairie that knocked down 10 3-pointers to lead Blooming Prairie past Kingsland 96-39 Monday night. Rafdal hit six 3-pointers versus Lyle in a game two weeks ago as well. Rafdal scored 30 points in the win.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Benson Improves to 7-0</h2>   Benson won Monday night in a convincing way versus Ortonville 89-54.    Benson is led by 2027 six-foot–six-inch forward Landadreon Goodwin. So far Goodwin is averaging 19.8 points and 14.2 rebounds. Goodwin is quick, fast and strong, and in the open floor he flushes the ball with almost every opportunity. Goodwin's overall game is improving outside of just being an athlete as he's a good disruptor on defense.   2026 six-foot-six-inch forward [player_tooltip player_id='2841061' first='Harold' last='Habben'] is averaging double double as well, 16 and 10 for Benson. Habben runs the floor, works hard in the interior for rebounds, and will block a shot or two for you inside.    Graidy Zimmerman - Zimmerman is a 2027 guard for Benson that is averaging 12 points per game and has some success shooting the ball from the perimeter. In three games at least the five-foot-eleven-inch guard has knocked down at least three 3-pointers.    [player_tooltip player_id='2451500' first='David' last='Mack'] - The future Division One football player from Moorhead scored 18 points in the Spuds win over Fargo Davies Monday night, and this followed his 24 point game versus West Fargo Horace that Moorhead also won. Last week versus St. Peter the six-foot-one-inch 2027 guard scored 25 in another victory and Mack is leading Moorhead to an early 5-0 record. As Mack's football profile keeps rising (20 some D1 offers), he's always been a very smooth, mechanical guard who navigates pick and rolls like CP3 and has a high percentage 3-pointer jump shot.     [player_tooltip player_id='2384018' first='Cooper' last='Routh'] - The 2028 guard from Owatonna in a hard fought game versus Waconia scored 21 points for the Huskies. Routh, a six-foot-three-inch guard that plays with Hoop Habits, is a strong driving guard who can shoot it a bit from the perimeter.    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rochester Mayo Improves to 8-1</h2>   The [program_tooltip program_id='2075852' first='Spartans' last=''] are led by 2026 seniors WIll Gyarmaty, [player_tooltip player_id='2863682' first='Logan' last='Shimek'], and [player_tooltip player_id='2381759' first='Reggie' last='Parker'] and back by guard Elliott Myszowski are off to a fantastic start of 8-1 after beating Mankato East Monday night 65-62. Mayo's only loss came to 6-1 Northfield.   Gyarmaty, a six-foot-four-inch guard that played with MN Fury, and is committed to UW Lacrosse, is a hard working player that can move between the shooting guard spot and small forward. Gyarmaty can stretch the floor well with perimeter shooting, and he's a solid secondary ball handler and creator.   [player_tooltip player_id='2381759' first='Reggie' last='Parker'] is a six-foot-six-inch forward who is committed to Jamestown shot up prospect list this summer playing with MN Lace Up making an impact offensively and defensively with strength and athleticism.   Mayo has two big tests at the Capitol City Classic Friday and Saturday facing off with Maple Grove and Farmington.
