Indiana Area (PA) 70 Highlands (PA) 64 OT Game Recap

[player_tooltip player_id='2741252' first='Aaron' last='Webb'] and his Indiana Area (PA) squad were able to hold off Highlands (PA) in an overtime victory Wednesday night in Natrona Heights.    Webb started the game out with a bang connecting on some nice early buckets. Showing he can score from three, and get to his spots in the mid-range. He finished with a game high 22 points in the OT win over Highlands. Webb also converted three 3 pointers including a huge one during the overtime period which shifted the momentum for Indiana. I really liked the way he was able to make plays for others with his passing and shows flashes of some high level feel. He had a few really nice assists. Webb used his length to alter some shots. A few things I think he needs to work on is improving his handle and getting it tighter, and keeping it simple no need to do a bunch of fancy dribbles if you haven't mastered that yet. He had way too many turnovers for the caliber of player he is. I would also like to see him be a demon on the glass he should come up with almost every rebound on teams who he has a major size advantage on. MM to MM+ schools need to be knocking down his doors while HM- programs should be keeping an eye on him due to the fact I think he still has a lot of untapped potential and should see a jump in his game.     Bielak is a hybrid forward who is a mismatch nightmare due to his versatility. He is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. He showed that he is a threat to score from behind the arc and connected on three 3 pointers including a buzzer beater as time expired at the end of the third quarter from behind half-court. When he is passing the ball he can put it through tight gaps in the defense. Bielak had nice timing to gather steals and turned defense to offense on more than a few occasions. He finished with a team high 20 points in the loss. He would be a nice pickup at the small college level, but could see him play his way into some PWO opportunities at the division 2 level. Would also be a nice pickup for a prep school as a post-grad.     Webb is a space eater inside and uses his shear size to an advantage on either end of the floor. He has great touch around the paint and scores on high percentage looks. I like how he stays within his game and doesn't look to overdo it. Webb also connected at the foul line. He was able to finish through contact. He added double figure scoring.     Olsen is a high-octane scorer who has no fear hoisting up shots from all different spots on the floor. He chipped in 15 points in the overtime victory. Olsen does a nice job getting into the paint. He was successful scoring from the foul line a place he seemed to live at during the game.     LaCava showed that he can play on the ball and has a grittiness about him whenever he steps onto the floor. He showed that he can find his teammates for scoring chances. He touched the paint on the attack. LaCava chipped in 11 points. He stuffs the stat sheet with his play. He found ways to come up with steals.     The southpaw swingman impressed by bullying his was to different spots off the bounce. He came up with rebounds and had nice timing to alter shots. Foster is a kind of stuck between a few positions. He added 11 points
