It's only week one, but Niko Reed, a 6'6” sophomore forward from Ben Davis has been the most impactful player that I've seen this week. Physical forward that plays with an extremely high motor was active on both ends of the floor. Hard left handed driver that uses his body well getting to his spots and finishes through contact at a high level. Plays physical on the defensive end with the ability to switch onto perimeter players and keep them in check.

Savvy guard with a quick first step that ran the team with precision. Picked his spots well when to attack and when he did he was relentless getting to the basket where he was able to finish in a variety of different ways. Quick twitch athlete on the defensive end. He was pressure heavy in the backcourt creating chaos for the Fishers JV Backcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id='2553901' first='Jasir' last='Rogers'] could very well be the best JV guard in the entire state. Rogers came off the bench and was an instant spark for the JV Giants with his quickness and athleticism on both ends of the floor. Capable of defending multiple positions with his speed and length, he cause problems with his pressure along with his teammate, Smith. Offensively he's an aggressive downhill driver that plays with a good base and is explosive around the rim. Was really good off the ball as a cutter.

An absolute beast on the boards, Dom Mulenga impacted the game on both ends despite being hampered with foul trouble from the start. He plays with a high motor and reads the ball off the rim really well. Has a versatile game that continues to expand. Has the ability to dominate from fifteen feet and in. When he gets it on the low block, he's a powerful finisher that can play through contact.

A long and athletic move in from Texas, [player_tooltip player_id='3142197' first='Micaiah' last='Baker'] is an all-around player that kept Fishers in the game with his size, length and skill. Versatile defender that was aggressive in passing lanes. Also showed the ability to block shots as a help side defender, as well as in transition. Offensively he made plays off the catch with straight line drives to the basket and was an efficient scorer around the basket. Showed a capable stroke from three, but his shot is a work in progress.

Knock down shooter that hit big shot after big shot to keep Washington in the game versus Barr-Reeve. He's a quick trigger shooter that did a good job getting open. Showed versatility in his offensive game and not being just a shooter. Showed nice touch when he got in the lane on his floater.

When it's all said and done, [player_tooltip player_id='3142199' first='Hunter' last='Newland'] could be the best prospect on this Washington team. Springy 6'1” Freshman Guard that impressed me with his activity on both ends of the floor. Active rebounder that played with energy. Confident with the ball in his hands while playing with a maturity to his game where he didn't force the issue.

Steady sophomore point guard that plays with loads of poise and confidence. Shot the ball well out of pick and rolls. Shoots an effortless ball with good range. Love his court vision from all over the floor. Pushes the pace and does a good job with the advance pass in transition.

A bit of an undersized power forward, [player_tooltip player_id='3142216' first='Hudson' last='Neidigh'] impacted the game in multiple ways in Barr-Reeve's season opening win. He's an excellent cutter off the ball that understands angles and timing. Rebounds at a high level on both ends of the floor. Showed the ability to handle it on the perimeter and has the skills to eventually become a playmaker in the half court.
