WESTWOOD — Pauley Pavilion on the campus of UCLA played host to the second annual Trinity-Mission League Challenge over the weekend, a seven-game showcase event featuring cross-league matchups of two of the top high school basketball leagues in the country. We were in the building for all seven of the games on the day and below are the top wings we watched.

[player_tooltip player_id='2131779' first='Brandon' last='McCoy'] | 2026 | Sierra Canyon

McCoy, one of the top prospects in the country, made his regular season debut for Sierra Canyon and was a dominant force from start to finish in a win over JSerra. The 6-foot-5 senior possesses all the physical and athletic tools of a high major player and his ability to get to the rim and finish with authority was on full display. 18 of McCoy's game-high 25 points came on dunks - mostly in transition - and he complimented that by knocking down two three-pointers. The five-start recruit finished the game with 25 points, eight rebounds and a handful of assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2131780' first='Christian' last='Collins'] | 2026 | St. John Bosco

Collins put together a big time effort in the Braves' two-point win over Harvard-Westlake as he tallied 36 points and seven rebounds with his buckets coming in every way imaginable. The 6-foot-8 senior knocked down four threes, took his defender off the bounce and finished at the rim and got to the free throw line where he connected on 12 of his 14 attempts. Harvard-Westlake had no answer for Collins' offensive versatility and ability to score and create inside and out. Collins is another unsigned five-star prospect in SoCal who possesses an immense ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1671933' first='Christian' last='Tshina-Nzambi'] | 2026 | Crespi

Tshina-Nzambi is one of the more under-the-radar prospects in the 2026 class and has slowly but surely improved his game and body throughout his high school career. The senior is a long, wiry 6-foot-4 wing with a pure shooting stroke and the ability to star in his role as a floor stretching, catch-and-shoot threat from multiple spots of the floor. Tshina-Nzambi has a high-arcing, soft-touched shot from deep and his three 3-pointers and 15 points helped Crespi defeat Mater Dei in overwhelming fashion.

[player_tooltip player_id='2895483' first='Ean' last='Britt'] | 2027 | Campbell Hall

Britt had his jump shooting prowess dialed in Saturday. The 6-foot-5 junior has a combination of a projectable frame, athleticism and perimeter scoring ability that translates well to the two or three spot at the next level. Britt buried left-bounce mid range jumpers with ease and stretched the floor to the three point line en route to 17 points in a loss to Crean Lutheran.

[player_tooltip player_id='2916714' first='Mattai' last='Carter'] | 2027 | Loyola

Carter is a fast-rising prospect in the junior class whose natural athletic gifts, body control, speed with the ball and aggressiveness as an attacker and finisher makes him a tough cover at the high school level. The 6-foot-4 wing is best in transition settings where he can lead the break and score on straight-line drives or as a lane filler, slasher and finisher on the break. Carter scored a game-high 20 points in Loyola's one-point loss to Servite.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956483' first='Zachary' last='White'] | 2026 | Notre Dame

White is best categorized as a swiss army knife type of player due to his versatility on both ends of the floor. The 6-foot-5 senior is one of the most effective multi-positional defenders in the region as his combination of size, strength, athleticism, length and instincts allow him to guard all five positions at the high school level. Offensively, White is a threat to fill lanes and finish in transition, score on straight-line drives and is an active offensive rebounder who generates second chance opportunities.
