<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1492605' first='Rylan' last='Hearns'] was one of the tallest guards at the combine and he posted a 76 inch wingspan. He's definitely known for his shot making and scoring. So seeing that he has long arms to go with his height should give him some advantages at the next level. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1945840' first='Ien' last='Kirkland'] had the biggest wingspan out of all of the Class of 2027 guards. It was 76 inches (almost 6'4). He's stood out on defense for quite a while now and it now adds a bit more. When you combine it with his height and vertical (34 in), you get a shot disruptor and someone who can intercept passes.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Western Combo Guard, Jayvon Glass, has a 78 inch wingspan and also stands at about 6'2 (w/o shoes). Both very solid numbers for the senior. Who also posted some decent times in the change of direction drills. Look for him to frustrate opponents with his length and quickness this season. </p>

If he can continue to leverage his length and play with tenacity, he should be able to be a consistent playmaker on the defensive end for the Falcons. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">The 6'0 combo guard from Sierra Vista posted a 77 inch wingspan at the combine. He was also a standout in the Lane Agility Drill. So on paper, he has the attributes needed to come up with a good amount of steals for the Mountain Lions this year. </p>

I've written about his play on defense a few times recently and it's awesome that he's been leveraging his long arms. <p class="text-gray-700">Dominic Rudd has a 75 inch wingspan to go with his eye popping athletic testing numbers. He has always been a pest on defense, and his length is somewhat deceptive since Opponents aren't always expecting him to jump passes. Which allows him to gather steals when he times it right.</p>

He has a very impressive wingspan of 80 inches. Meaning he's got around a 6'6 wingspan. His numbers are definitely noteworthy, and I think we can expect him to come down with rebounds regularly this season. </p>
