With Sevy, the ceiling is sky-high, and we've seen those flashes plenty. Colorado Live and fall events showed his confidence at its peak as he attacked mismatches and finished through size. And he has size himself. Just want him to be relentless with it. When he gets going, nobody can slow him down, and want that assertiveness to continue. Now the challenge is consistency. With more scoring responsibility coming his way, he must stay aggressive offensively and take over in every single game. He takes on the ball-handling responsibilities, so it is about making the right reads, and prove he can carry the load nightly. He just committed yesterday, and now it is about elevating his game to prepare for the next part of his journey.

McNeal is one of the state's best pure athletes and plays much bigger than his frame. There are highlight plays aplenty. He competes with anyone, scores at all three levels, and turns pluck steals into transition dunks. We want to see him take the next step as a playmaker and lead guard, but also as a defensive tone-setter. His energy, defense, and ability to score in bunches give him real spark-plug value, but he will have to be the guy for this season. He should certainly be on the radar as a player to watch in the Centennial League.

Reeves is loaded with potential and now gets his chance to impact games. What stands out his how he's able to manipulate the game without needing constant touches. He has size, he moves well, rebounds with the bigs, starts the break, spaces the floor and runs in transition for finishes. He checks off all boxes. We've seen flashes that show he belongs. The next step is confidence and making it happen for Eaglecrest. If it all connects, he's a player who will quickly land on more radars and should be a player to watch for the Raptors this season.

Fleck steps into a major role as Smoky Hill's steadying presence at guard. He'll be asked to run the offense, relieve pressure from younger guards, and knock down timely shots. He's shown he can score in bunches and be a pest defensively, but the margin for error is slim, so he will have to be even better. The team will look to him for veteran decision-making and ball security. His leadership will define his season. I expect him to quietly turn heads as a steady presence for the Buffaloes.

Bradley caught our attention early this summer and left us wanting more, which is a good thing as he stepped onto the gridiron. We saw Eaglecrest, and they stood out but was missing a piece, and he could very well be that piece. Bradley plays on instinct as he finishes in transition, hunts mismatches with his size and strength, and uses his physicality to punish smaller guards. He's the enforcer type who changes the feel of a game with effort and toughness. His athleticism alone gives him a real chance to rise, but I think he makes his mark for the Raptors this season. Excited to see how he plays.

Morris becomes a key nightly piece for Grandview with the spotlight spread across the backcourt. He owns a lethal first step, breaks defenders down with ease, and plays with real edge on both ends of the floor. When locked in defensively, the group follows so he will be responsible for providing that identity. We want to see him attack more, hunt his shot, and take over moments when the game demands it, but also know when he has to reel it in or feed the hot man. He's a difference-maker for Grandview and is a player who should be on many more radars.

Eli is a player who still has plenty to prove, but he pops at times, and it's undeniably coming together for him. He has excellent size at 6/7 and a knack for making plays. Eli is a player who works hard for positioning, gets inside and seals, and goes right up for easy baskets. He is also always in motion, and that opens it up for him for easy cut finishes or teammates to fill the lanes around him. We saw him this summer and in Fall league and what stood out was his effort. He bangs with the bigs, steps out onto guards, and can stay in front of them for a bit, and battles on the board. This season, it will be about doing that when it matters. Turning the potential into reality. If he's able to have it start clicking for him, I truly do think that Grandview becomes the dark-horse favorite in the conference. This is a player to keep on your radar.
