[player_tooltip player_id='1364910' first='Braysen' last='Stockman'] (Ben Lippen) - First up on the Prep Hoops South Carolina SCISA Preseason All-State Team is [player_tooltip player_id='1364910' first='Braysen' last='Stockman']. Stockman put up some ridiculous scoring numbers as a Junior last season including 29.2 Points Per Game as he crossed over the 2,000 total points mark. Braysen can put the ball in the basket at all three levels against even the best of SCISA defenses, but look for him to show off more playmaking ability in order to catch the eye of the right college program in his Senior Season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1806908' first='Ty' last='Kennedy'] (Greenwood Christian) - The Eagles were likely to be in the running for multiple Preseason All-State selections, but now due to injury Kennedy is cemented here in the top five. Ty was already a high-volume scorer, but now that volume will only increase until Greenwood Christian is back at full strength. Kennedy averaged 21.5 Points Per Game as well as a team-high 10.1 Rebounds Per Game as a 5'10" Guard a year ago and will be right back at those numbers again this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1714852' first='Jaquan' last='Walker'] (First Baptist) - Jaquan will be one of the biggest impact transfers in the state regardless of league or classification. Walker has one of the premier mid-range games in the lowcountry and can pull up from his spots with the best of them. One thing about Jaquan's game that will be on display with talent around him is his playmaking ability. Not only can Walker hit shots himself, he has a knack for setting up others as defenses start to rotate towards him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1998734' first='Ayden' last='Leith'] (Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach) - The youngest player in this group is Leith of Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach. He had a very impressive Freshman campaign where he went for 15.2 points a night on 60% field goal shooting. Ayden is an impressive guard from a physical standpoint, both with good bounce and a decent frame for his age. Leith can already get to the rim and finish with the best of them, but his shooting numbers could be the difference between a good and a great Sophomore Season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2279025' first='Kais' last='Parris'] (Pinewood Prep) - [player_tooltip player_id='2279025' first='Kais' last='Parris'] caps off the Prep Hoops South Carolina SCISA Preseason All-State Team. Kais has started to turn the heads of those outside of SCISA, and is now widely regarded as one of the best wings in South Carolina's 2027 Class. He moves very well for a player of his size and length and has added elite feel to go along with it. Parris might not put up the flashy numbers as some of the others players in this list, but he will contribute to winning just as much if not more.
