Jackson College Fall League – Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Jackson College is hosting a Fall League. I was there a couple Sunday's ago to check out the talent that was in the Jets gym. He finished the game that I watched with 42 points. Although I reminded him that it was 1 point less than he scored in a game in Chicago this summer. All kidding aside, he showed a very complete game in Jackson. Francis finished that game with the huge point total, but also added much more. He drew 6 fouls, had 7 assists, and stole the ball 6 times. He was able to turn the corner on defenders. The one that stood out was a righty take weaving through traffic that he got a bucket off of. Morgan had an impressive lefty finish and had a triple that he dribbled into. He has a tremendous amount of upside. Nicholson's height and wingspan will be a huge asset right from the start of his high school career. The junior showed off some real ball skills. His handles were solid and he was able to shake defenders and create space. Hacker was solid defensively as well. The young man is a very intriguing athlete with a quickly developing basketball skill set. He was once again very quick and athletic in the open floor. Higelmire had an open floor flush and added a 2 handed dunk later for good measure. He was very aggressive on the offensive end, always looking to attack and create space. He showed that he could both finish and shoot even when contested.
