At times can dance with the ball a bit too much, but there was promise as a potential PG. Had good moments of being unselfish and making the simple but important passes to set up teammates. Good footwork on drives with euro and other body control moves to finish around the rim. Can see the room to mature into a big time finisher around the rim. Uses his broad shoulders and barrel chested frame to negate shot blocking attempts by going up strong and either finishing or drawing fouls. Similarly helped out on the offensive glass. Looks for opportunities to trap or straight up steal the ball as a help defender. Uses his strength and frame to ward off defenders for contested finishes. Or grabbing boards. Was a "15 feet and in" scorer at the Expo. As he also has a mid-range game. Has good hang time around the rim as a finisher, making tough shots with either hand. Had a bit of wildness at times with his decision making. But liked the effort he showed in attacking the basket. Especially since the effort carried over to the defensive end when he contested shots. At times did fall in love with his dribble a bit too much. Especially as he can still be effective when getting off the ball. As shown by hitting catch and shoot threes and even popping up with a good putback.
