Section 6AAA has always been stacked with good teams and talent but it was hit massively by graduation. What is left over? We dive in!

Super Summary

The first question you ask is.... what was lost. In quick summary, Orono graduated their best three players that contributed a monster percentage of their numbers. BSM lost three scholarship level seniors plus their best returning player is out for the season with a knee injury. Mound-Westonka's line-up was crushed by graduation losses. Delano lost multiple senior starters plus their division one talent (Max) who transferred (but oddly enough they could improve on last year's record). Cooper lost their best players to prep school and graduation and their coach (Bo Powell) is now at St. Agnes.

So what is left?

That would be Richfield. Yes they lost CJ Armstrong but the [program_tooltip program_id='2075852' first='Spartans' last=''] have the type of talent to make them a preseason top five team in Class AAA. With [player_tooltip player_id='2412724' first='Dre' last='Collins'], [player_tooltip player_id='2140700' first='Tyrece' last='Hagler'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1560817' first='Adin' last='Inda'] back as starters joined by [player_tooltip player_id='2126145' first='Waleed' last='Muhammad'], there is so much punch in that Richfield line-up.

Orono is likely the top contender. They lost a lot but they added a few transfers, they have a few contributors back, and they have some good young talent. They will be solid. And my sleeper is AHA who got better last year and has some good players.
