Here's the second part of my series on under the radar prospects from the Interstate Shootout:

With a lot of youth and inexperience around, Downs made veteran plays for Sallies when they faced Holy Ghost Prep. He kept the offense flowing with connective passes that set others up to score or led to hockey assists. His jumper was on-point too, hitting a middy and three treys - two pullups and a catch-and-shoot.

[player_tooltip player_id='2974712' first='Liam' last='Duffy'] | 6'5 W 2026 Holy Ghost Prep

A dynamic wing scorer, Duffy's 18 points versus Salesianum proved he has some firepower. He gave the defense problems, draining a pair of spot-up threes. Running Duffy off the line wasn't helpful either, because he effectively attacked closeouts with physical drives for points in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='2611013' first='Taj'mir' last='Handy'] | 6'3 G/W 2026 Milford

When the Buccaneers faced Milton Hershey, Handy did the little things to keep his team in the fight. Handy played bigger than he is by creating extra possessions with offensive boards for putbacks and steals for layups. And as a scorer, he kept things simple with sharp drives to the cup for two.

[player_tooltip player_id='2837703' first='Loic' last='Kamatadi'] | 6'6 F 2026 George School

A physically imposing forward, Kamatadi backed up his looks with rugged play inside the arc against Spring-Ford. One end, he made drivers pay for testing him at the rim by altering shots and pulling down defensive rebounds. Then, on the other end, he grabbed offensive boards to extend possessions and cleared out space for high-percentage shots inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='2633181' first='Justin' last='Ragsdale'] | 6'6 F 2027 Upper Dublin

In UD's matches against Middletown and Montgomery, Ragsdale played with both power and finesse. His toughness shined through when he played with his back to the basket, but even more so when he blocked shots and cleaned the glass. And he flashed touch on offense by hitting threes.
