A smooth, confident, and well-rounded playmaker, Sosa displayed a silky handle to glide to his spots off the bounce with impressive craft and dexterity to finish at the rim among the trees. He boasts deep range and an effortless quick release on his jump shot, whether pulling up or firing off the catch. A slender and aggressive perimeter scorer, he looks to have sprouted a bit since making a splash last year as a freshman. Splitting time on and off the ball, he was most effective shaking free beyond the arc to display his smoothly confident 3pt stroke. Stepping into a prominent role after contributing as a freshman a year ago, Rush showed a versatile skillset and cerebral approach along the perimeter. Sliding all across the positional spectrum, he made skilled and high-IQ plays off the dribble while also showing natural touch as a finisher in the midrange and catch-and-shoot threat out to the arc. Unsuspecting from a physical and athletic standpoint, the emerging guard impressed with his pace, skill, and feel operating off the dribble. Ortiz-Muhammad was among the best passers we saw all day, repeatedly threading the needle on the move to create easy shots for his teammates. He flashed proclivity creating space his own shot in the midrange as well as spacing out as a reliable off-ball catch-and-shoot threat. With a rangy frame and deceptive athleticism, he contributed up and down the lineup on both ends, particularly working into soft spots for easy scoring opportunities.
