[player_tooltip player_id='2872903' first='Deux' last='Greene'] (St. Joseph's) - [player_tooltip player_id='2872903' first='Deux' last='Greene'] looks to be the next in line of stellar Point Guards from the Upstate. We saw Deux split time with two AAU teams this Summer, and he didn't disappoint with either and should see good minutes for St. Joe's this season. Greene will make his presence felt on both ends of the floor with good instincts, hands, vision, and an interior scoring package.

[player_tooltip player_id='2856553' first='Ryan' last='Curry'] (Bishop England) - Curry is already one of the premier shooters in South Carolina's 2029 Class, but he does more than just stand on the perimeter and space the floor. Ryan works hard defensively, often picking up full court, getting in passing lanes, and stripping the ball away from handlers. He can also handle the ball, make reads, and set up teammates as a Point Guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2882627' first='Jacori' last='Wright'] (Sumter) - Wright is the first of two young Sumter Gamecocks to know for the Prep Hoops Carolinas Freshman Showcase. Jacori had a nice season with Upward Columbia, which often played up in 15U age groups. Despite the age disadvantage, Wright still used his size and athleticism to make an impact near the rim, but he also has a nice floater and mid-range game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2905515' first='Kam' last='Choice'] (Sumter) - Kam is another intriguing athlete from Sumter HS to keep an eye on. He has good bounce to finish above the rim as well as strong hands to finish on the left or right side of the rim. Choice is comfortable in the post, particularly with a very nice spin that he will use to get to the rim. At 6'3", look for him to be a physical presence in Rock Hill next month.

[player_tooltip player_id='2894967' first='Carlos' last='Parker Jr'] (South Florence) - Parker Jr has a nice feel for his age and brings a good blend of passing and scoring from his Point Guard position. He does a good job of penetrating the defense and playing off two in the lane, where he can finish with a floater or dump off to bigs. Carlos also has good vision around the perimeter to find shooters.

[player_tooltip player_id='2896388' first='Jackson' last='Mackey'] (Oceanside Collegiate) - Rounding out the list is another post prospect, [player_tooltip player_id='2896388' first='Jackson' last='Mackey']. He is extremely comfortable from the free-throw line and in, both as a face-up jump shooter and a back-to-basket scorer. Since he is not the biggest or most athletic, Jackson relies on his positioning and feel to negate shot blockers.
