Mackey is another Power Forward to know in the 70s. He’s been on our radar since the Prep Hoops Freshman Showcase last September, but now, after seeing him a few times with Palmetto Pride , he makes his debut in the rankings. Despite only being listed at 6’2″, Jackson is shy from battling with his back to the basket in the paint, plus he is skilled enough to face up with jumpers from the mid-range and behind the arc.
