Jayden is a gifted young guard who impressed last high school season at Darlington, but has already shown major progress over the first three months of the AAU season. He is physically gifted with speed and quick reactions, so he has the ability to frequently beat defenders off the bounce. If he continues to improve his feel for the game and polishes his shooting, he could end up as one of the top Point Guards his class.

Jayden McMillan Jayden McMillan 5'11" | CG Darlington | 2029 State SC rounds out my list of Saturday Standouts from the Phenom Hoops Rock Hill Live. McMillan is one who I’ve been needing to watch, so it was great to see him back healthy and on the floor earlier today. In terms of physical tools, there are not many more gifted guards in South Carolina’s 2029 Class than Jayden. His quick first step, high-end top speed, and explosive athleticism give him an advantage against opponents his age, but he also has a really good feel for finding shooters on the perimeter after he beats his man. There is still some room for growth for McMillan to be the finished product, but he has a chance to be a star out of the Pee Dee area.
