Day two of the Phenom Hoops Rock Hill Live continued to showcase talent from across the region, as players from the 2027, 2028, and 2029 classes stepped up with strong performances on Saturday. Whether it was scoring production, versatility, or long-term upside, several prospects made their presence felt throughout the day in Rock Hill in front of college coaches. Here is a closer look at five players that stood out on Saturday.

[player_tooltip player_id='1986979' first='Eli' last='Britt'] is first up on my list of Saturday Standouts from the Phenom Hoops Rock Hill Live. I only got to see one half from Britt and [program_tooltip program_id='2078724' first='Carolina' last='Pressure'] 2027 because of timing, but Eli was a huge key to their second-half comeback against PSB Elite. He knocked down a pair of threes off the catch, hit a mid-range jumper off the bounce, and had a few crafty layups around bodies in the paint. Britt also had a couple of key defensive possessions where he fought screens and worked to keep the ball contained. Eli finished with 16 points in the win.

Sticking with names to know in South Carolina's 2027 class, Vandergift Jr. was one who really stood out to me on Saturday. He's due for a big boost in the next rankings update because of how crucial a piece he has proven to be for [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] 17U. He simply is a positive whenever he's on the floor because of his desire to defend, rebound on both ends of the floor, make the right pass, and play through contact. Adam will rarely be the leading scorer for his team, but he helps win games without doing so, and I have no doubts that he could do the same thing at a D3 or NAIA program down the line.

Next up on my list of Saturday Standouts from the Phenom Hoops Rock Hill Live is [player_tooltip player_id='2856521' first='Tyshawn' last='Mackey']. He is another all-around type player who caught my eye, filling up the stat sheet with 14 points, 20 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block in a win over Mr. Alexander's Team. That was by far the highest rebound total I saw today, and Mackey's ability to control the glass helped his squad get easy looks in transition. When he wasn't throwing outlet passes or bringing the ball up himself, Tyshawn leaned on a spin move in the paint, had a few polished finishes off two, and consistently finished through contact.

The second Upward Stars' Columbia standout is Bedenbaugh, a player who put all the pieces together to have a strong performance in a day two win. He got going in the second half of the 16U's win over Bout A Bucket, working out of the post, from the dunker spot, and on the offensive glass. Chase had several crucial and-ones in this one, using his positional size and strength to finish through contact and a solid stroke to convert the free-throw. Bedenbaugh has the tools to continue expanding his game offensively, so as he pieces that together with a consistent motor, he could be a very good player.

[player_tooltip player_id='2877019' first='Jayden' last='McMillan'] rounds out my list of Saturday Standouts from the Phenom Hoops Rock Hill Live. McMillan is one who I've been needing to watch, so it was great to see him back healthy and on the floor earlier today. In terms of physical tools, there are not many more gifted guards in South Carolina's 2029 Class than Jayden. His quick first step, high-end top speed, and explosive athleticism give him an advantage against opponents his age, but he also has a really good feel for finding shooters on the perimeter after he beats his man. There is still some room for growth for McMillan to be the finished product, but he has a chance to be a star out of the Pee Dee area.
