His shot demands attention as teams have to face guard him, and he fits in nicely with Severance's balanced attack. He plays on and off the ball, runs the lanes, and scores in transition. He's explosive and fearless and a player who gets downhill and can't be kept out the paint. I think his upside is huge, and a good showing at our showcase is the proving ground. We want to see him stack up against top talent, especially because his physical tools says that he not only belongs but stands and this setting could solidify that belief. He's athletic, runs the floor hard, and finishes through contact. In transition, he's a problem always filling the right lane, attacking gaps, and using that 6'1 frame. His energy pops, especially defensively where he gets after it. He's athletic, has length, and creates his own shot. When the ball is in his hands, he thrives. He's hard to stop 1v1 and has the vision to make the right read. He guards multiple positions, makes hustle plays, and has shown flashes at past showcases. I want to see him put it all together against other rising sophs. Big upside if it clicks consistently. He's high IQ, shows vocal leadership, and is skilled. He's a lefty with feel and a deep bag. France started varsity games as a freshman and never looked out of place. What I'm excited to see is how he matches up defensively and what his scoring looks like in this setting. He's long, crafty, and could really shine among top-tier talent and we want to see more of it. He's on the cusp right now and with a breakout performance will be firmly on the radar.
