[player_tooltip player_id='1965124' first='Jayvion' last='Wall'] is the go to guy these days at Sierra Vista. With more attention on him, he had to navigate defensive pressure to get his shot off. Despite the added pressure, he still made contested jumpers and he knocked down 3-pointers. Defensively, he was giving good effort and he had some deflections and steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2128311' first='Taytum' last='Webb'] made a variety of contributions for the Patriots down in Arizona. He attacked the rack when there were open driving lanes and he hit some jumpers as well. In addition to his scoring, Webb hustled to gather rebounds and he was locked in on defense. All in all, it was a solid weekend for him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2633812' first='Tristian' last='Porter'] handled the rock and also played in the shooting guard role at Section 7. He played with pace when he had the ball. Which allowed him to survey the floor and he dished out some nice assists. Porter also used his touch his hit shots around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2555820' first='D'Aaron' last='Thompkins'] was helpful on both ends of the court for the Patriots. On offense, he did some scoring in the paint.
Demai Hunter just moved to Nevada from California and is now playing with the Coronado Cougars. He stands at 6'3 and now runs the point for them. While he had a tough start to the weekend, he improved as the weekend went on. He had 11 points and 2 assists against Dublin (CA). He also had 6 Points and 4 assists against Rancho Christian (CA).

[player_tooltip player_id='2877330' first='Lavell' last='Lovelace'] averaged 9 PPG at Section 7. He was utilizing his handles his and creativity to get to his spots. I also noticed him getting to the free throw line frequently. However he left a few points on the table. If he can get a bit better there, he should be able to put up double figures more often.

[player_tooltip player_id='2468244' first='Jaden' last='Redding'] makes the fifth team. He was tasked with bringing the ball up and he used his length to protect the rock. Redding was also impactful on the defensive end, and he collected 8 steals and 3 blocks total.

[player_tooltip player_id='1965069' first='Aiden' last='Reed'] is now Sierra Vista's main rim protector and glass cleaner. On offense, Reed did some scoring inside and finished through contact.

The Legacy shooting guard had a decent showing at Section 7. In the games that I watched, he was moving off ball and hunting shots on a regular basis on offense. As a defender, he got physical when he needed to be and and I liked the way he was competing.

2029 guard, [player_tooltip player_id='2624906' first='Damari' last='Sawall'], is already getting a good amount of playing time with the Mountain Lions. They also already trust him with the ball, and he played a bit of point guard for them. Although he was likely the youngest guy on the court, Sawall was still able to penetrate the defense on his drives. He hit difficult lay-ups and he passed it off when there were unmarked teammates.
