Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries 6'1" | SG Legacy | 2026 State NV opened the game with a layup after snagging the ball off the tip. From there, he continued to hunt shots on offense and knocked down a three along with a few more finishes inside. On the defensive end, he gave a strong effort and played physical when needed. While the Longhorns didn’t get the win, Jeffries was impactful and will look to help his squad regroup heading into state.

Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries 6'1" | SG Legacy | 2026 State NV made a strong impact on Thursday night with his effort, touch, and competitiveness. The senior shooting guard was highly active in the paint, capitalizing on nearly every scoring opportunity that came his way. I also liked how he consistently fought for offensive rebounds and showed real poise by knocking down tough, contested shots. On the defensive end, Jeffries battled all night and played with noticeable grit. Look for him to keep this momentum going the rest of the way.

The Legacy shooting guard had a decent showing at Section 7. In the games that I watched, he was moving off ball and hunting shots on a regular basis on offense. As a defender, he got physical when he needed to be and and I liked the way he was competing.

Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries 6'1" | SG Legacy | 2026 State NV came on to my radar during the high school season. There is a lot to like about his game and he is a threat from the perimeter when he gets hot. He also knows how to get to the middle of the floor, where he can hit mid-range shots or dish it to a teammate for an open look. In addition to his skills on offense, Jeffries battles for rebounds. If you’re looking to catch him play, he’ll be joining team Still I Rise soon.

Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries Zayden Jeffries 6'1" | SG Legacy | 2026 State NV was second on the team in the scoring department for Legacy this year. He has a consistent shooting stroke, and ended up averaging 13.8 PPG. On the other end of the court, he stays with his guy and leverages his wingspan to keep them from getting quick shots up. As long as he keeps improving, I think his stock can keep rising.
