Van Amburg plays with a very strong motor. Defensively was one of the better guards at the qualifiers. Picks up the length of the court putting relentless pressure on his opponents. Forces turnovers and makes great reads to come up with steals. Makes the hustle plays, diving for loose balls you name it. Skilled attacker can get to the rim and finish with either hand. Really nice floater finish. Gifted scorer through contact. High IQ on both sides. Picked up some college interests and I expect that to grow this season.

Gill just transferred to Mountain View Marana and has already adapted into their leading PG role. A gifted defender with really quick hands accounted for 6 solo steals against Flagstaff and forced other turnovers as well. Can attack the paint and finish really well with either hand. Leads the offense very well. Great off the pick and roll and makes great passes. Vocal leader. Gill is making his case as one of the top true PG prospects in Southern AZ in his class.

There wasn't a player that played with the energy that I saw from Moore. He plays with everything he has every play. Commands the offense well and can score at will. Has a very quick step and once he's past his initial defender it leads to a score. Handles contact extremely well and scores through it naturally. Defensively is just a nightmare. Full court defender with a high IQ. Had two highlight reel chase down blocks. Gifted passer. Moore is a lockdown defender. Easily one of the top defenders regardless of class or position.

Pippen showed out at the qualifiers. A true PG that can lead and knows how to facilitate. Can see the court extremely well and one of the top passers of the event. A knockdown three point shooter but has great skill to get to the basket and get it done through contact. One of the better fundamental players I saw. Patient, can see and exploit a defenses weakness. Just as strong of a leader on the defensive end as well. Accounted for 4 steals and forced many other turnovers. Embraces the physical part of the game. Didn't get rattled or rushed by opponents and always had the opponents top defender guarding him.

It was hard not to notice Campas in game. A vocal player and plays with a very high motor. A tenacious defender who will force turnovers with his pressure. A talented scorer with a quick, smooth release. Started out hot vs Williams Field scoring 14 points and going 3/4 from deep in the first half. Campas is a play maker whether operating the offense or creating a way from the ball. Campas helped the Lancers win their Section 7 Qualifier Bracket. Look for big things from Kingston this upcoming season.

Llamas has shown to be a top guard prospect in Arizona. Has high level defensive play making abilities. One of the top on ball and transition defenders in attendance. On the other side Llamas is just as lethal. A high percentage shooter off the dribble from well beyond the arc. With his deep range Llamas draws out his defender and in the blink of an eye will blow by them and finish for two. Through contact knows how to use the glass. Llamas showed to be a next level PG not only to myself but others in attendance.
