Both at the 15u and 16u levels, Jumair was electric for [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite']. He was a big time threat in transition as he could fly up the floor with the ball in his hands, but also showed the quick first step to beat defenders off the dribble in the half-court. High level finisher who can hang in the air to score against bigger players. On the defensive end he showed good instincts to jump passes for steals, and also has the lateral quickness to sit deep in a stance and be a pest on the ball. Played a key role in [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite'] 15u's 4-0 record, including a big second half in the win over [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'].

Will showcased a smooth pull-up jumper against a tough [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] 14u team. Despite the loss, Will was finding ways to get to his spots for mid-range jumpers, and showed he's comfortable hitting shots with a hand in his face. Through the first quarter of the game Will had nearly all of Wisconsin 26ers points, showing no fear going right at a team filled with length and athleticism. Strong showing from the 2028 guard out of Aquinas.

[player_tooltip player_id='2118449' first='Mason' last='Witt'] put his sharpshooting ability on display all weekend long for [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'], as I had the chance to see him against [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']'s 17u and 16u squads. The lefty out of Alexandria is one of the best pure shooters in the class, showing range extending to well beyond the high school line, with the ability to hit shots off the catch or dribble. Showed some wiggle to create separation off the dribble when his team needed someone to go and get a bucket, and Mason showed he can hit shots against a defense filled with D1 level size.

Logan proved to be a true two-way player for [program_tooltip program_id='2422572' first='D1' last='Minnesota Gold'] in a convincing win over WOTN on Saturday. Defensively he was able to consistently cut off opposing guards when they looked to drive on him, and around the basket did a great job of walling up to force tough shots. Did a nice job of consistently finding bodies to box out, providing an additional rebounding presence for his team. Offensively he shot it at a high level from three, and was able to recognize and beat bad closeouts off the dribble to get into the lane. Such a consistent player for [program_tooltip program_id='2422572' first='D1' last='Minnesota Gold'] 17u.

Eli plays with a lot of patience and poise. You rarely see him get sped up, and he does a nice job of playing off two feet when he drives, allowing him to keep options available no matter what the defense throws at him. Can finish with touch over the top of size, can create contact before extending to finish against guards, or he can stop on a dime for a pull-up jumper if his man over commits. In what was a really tight game against WOTN on Saturday, Eli proved to be key in leading his MN Comets team to the win.

Willie is one of those guys who's going to find ways to contribute regardless of how well he's shooting. Running with [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'] 15u, he's one of those guys you can throw on an opposing team's best guard and expect to make things difficult for them. Tough as nails defender who's always going to be the first one on the floor for a loose ball in his area. Offensively you'll rarely see the ball stick in his hands, as he's a quick decision maker. Able to quickly get into his shot to knock down threes when the ball is swung his way, and was connecting at a nice rate in the two games I saw.

Ethan had a strong showing in the 8am game on Saturday morning for [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'] 15u Percy. At 6'2 he has some length out on the wing, and was a threat to finish at the rim or knock down deep threes. Fluid athlete who showed the body control to finish in traffic from a variety of angles. Leave him in space and he'll simply pull up from three, but close out too fast and he can blow by you off the dribble. Nice blend of physical tools and skill to work with moving forward.
