The summer of AAU is winding down as we head towards the end of July and man, what a summer it was for our in-state prospects. We had a host of players in every age group breakout and put their names on a bunch of college coaches radars at nearly all levels. With the summer coming towards an end, I thought it would be a great opportunity for us to take a look at 10 players from the guard, wings, and bigs that I feel should generate more interest when it comes to their recruitment. For this one, we take a look at our second five 2026 wings whose recruitment should boost up a little bit.

One of the more versatile and physical wings we have in the 2026 class is Hamilton Southeastern's [player_tooltip player_id='1561009' first='Luke' last='Weemer']. He is one of the few small forwards that you can almost play at any spot on the floor and produce. He is projected to have a strong senior season for HSE.

The senior wing out of Penn is one of the best players when it comes to just going out on the floor, playing hard, and doing what is asked of him. He can score both in the lane and from three pretty well and will compete on the defensive end as well. He will be a great small college player.

Arguably the best pure shooter in the 2026 class is Chesterton's [player_tooltip player_id='1989437' first='Logan' last='Pokorney']. A long wing, he scores pretty well from every spot on the floor with some sneaky athletic ability to go with it. Very smart wing that gets to his spots well, shoots it off the catch consistently, and can create on the ball as well.

One of the more physically bigger wings in the 2026 class is South Bend Adams [player_tooltip player_id='1561002' first='Jarvis' last='Tolbert Jr']. He has been a stock riser for us out PH Indiana and makes the case as a top 50 player in the class now. He handles the ball well for his size and can be very relentless driving to the rack. He would give any small college an edge right away.

Another player in the Northern part of the state that makes a case as the best pure shooter in the state is [player_tooltip player_id='1561093' first='Isaiah' last='Packer'] of South Bend Riley. Every time you see him on the floor, he always has his hands ready to shoot and when he gets a chance to fire off a shot, he shows great shooting mechanics and smooth release. He gets to his spots well and can really light it up from deep.
