June was a busy month covering all of the scholastic events here in the state of Indiana including great live period events like the Charlie Hughes Showcase and IBCA Top 100 Showcase. However, on top of all of that, we also spent a great deal of time in June updating our prospect rankings. The rising seniors in the Class of 2026 had their expanded and updated prospect rankings released on Monday, June 30th. Now, as we always do here at Prep Hoops Indiana, it is time to dive deeper into the rankings. Over the course of this week we will highlight stock-risers, new names, Watch List players to know, and much more. Here is part two of our two part look at the new names that emerged in our rankings since our last update in March.

We have just started getting a feel for how good this under-the-radar star from Calumet High School is. Hudson IV went off for some massive scoring outputs at the Charlie Hughes Showcase and that is after averaging 15.5 points per game as a junior. The bigger, athletic guard can flat out fill it up and is more than deserving of cracking the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 100. College coaches should make it a point to evaluate him in July.

We here at Prep Hoops Indiana have been a fan of Jones since we first saw him play at the Phil Cox Memorial Tournament around Christmas time. He now makes his debut in our rankings at #121 overall in the class of 2026. The long, athletic, 6'6" forward checks so many boxes with his length and bounciness around the rim. Jones is a threat to make open catch-and-shoot three point shots as well. High academic prospect that small college coaches should take a serious look at.

Keller was a part of a very successful Hauser High School team as a junior. Then, he parlayed that success into some notable performances with Progeny on the UA Rise Circuit through the spring. He has good positional size and athleticism in the backcourt at 6'3". Improving his three-point shooting will be something that college coaches will look for, but he checks a lot of boxes off of the dribble.

There is a ton of talent at Pike High School, and they only got more talented over the course of this summer, but Macon proved that he deserved a role as a junior averaging 6.5 points per game. Macon's quickness with the ball in his hands is what really separates him from his peers. The offense operates at a different pace when he is inserted into the game and it is very difficult for opponents to stay in front of the ball in one-on-one situations. The 6'0" rising senior guard is an under-the-radar name for small college coaches to keep an eye on.

Football may very well be the ticket to Newman-Nwodika's future, but that doesn't diminish what he can get done on the hardwood. A very physical and athletic forward, the 6'5" Pike High School rising senior makes up for being a bit undersized around the basket height wise. He has excellent footwork, plays through contact with ease, and has a non-stop motor on the boards. Newman-Nwodika makes his debut in our rankings at #82 overall.

Another very athletic interior presence, Norton turned plenty of heads with his play at the Charlie Hughes Showcase for Decatur Central High School. The 6'6" center is an above the rim player at both ends of the floor. Whether he is rim-running, exploding out of the dunker's spot, or blocking shots on the defensive end his athleticism impacts the game at all times. Norton makes his debut in our Prep Hoops Indiana Prospect Rankings at #123 overall.

Admittedly, we are leaning heavily on the evaluations from trusted sources down on, and across, the river on this one. We have seen very little of Whitehead, but we know that he will be a very impactful transfer at Jeffersonville High School. A standout at Eastern High School prior to the transfer, Whitehead is a smooth, skilled wing with a long of athletic gifts. We look forward to seeing more of his this upcoming season in Indiana.

Another new face to the state of Indiana after moving to Princeton Community High School from Florida, Wilkas will certainly help what should be a preseason Class 3A Top 10 team. The 6'5" forward looks very comfortable operating out on the perimeter and is a legitimate pick-and-pop threat. That combination of three-point shooting ability and size allowed him to jump right into the Top 150 in our Class of 2026 Prospect Rankings.
