One of the most athletic players I saw all day, Walker was dunking everything in the paint as his teammates found him open under the basket numerous times for two hand slam dunks. Walker also set screens and rolled looking for the basketball and usually either finished the layup or was fouled. Winton Woods has a ton of athletes and Walker adds to their depth and size in the paint.

I've been impressed with the physical development Billingsley has shown recently, losing some weight and looking more nimble when he gets caught on the perimeter as a defender. Even after losing some weight, Billingsley is still a big force in the paint and was simply too big and too strong numerous times at the rim where he used his soft hands to catch, pivot and score in traffic. After making a regional title and final four the past two seasons, this is one final ride for the Wyoming seniors who have the talent to win the whole thing this coming season.

After losing in the state title game, graduating a majority of their core and welcoming in a new head coach, it's a new era of basketball for Cincinnati Aiken. One of the few constants from last year is Carr-Short who will go from a complimentary big to the featured option. I've been impressed with the perimeter development he's made as a 3-point shooter and ball handler, looking more confident making plays with the ball in his hands. One of the top prospects in Cincinnati's 2027 class, Carr-Short could really blow up this winter.

I was impressed by a new look Bomber squad thanks to their size and defensive unity and toughness. McGeady checks those boxes as a bigger wing forward who can handle it, pass within the offense and use his size to rebound at both ends of the court. I also was impressed by the frame McGeady has, with a stronger build than a lot of other players at his size with the play-style that he uses.

Typically the best St Xavier basketball teams have talent from their football team competing on the hardwood as well and Veith checks that box as a tight end on the gridiron. Very efficient in the paint, Veith finished with both hands and did a nice job sealing for position on the interior. Also flashing a pick and pop game from 3-point range, Veith had a solid day by impacting the game in a handful of ways.

Cincinnati Princeton is going to get after you defensively and pressure the basketball, Phillips is a perfect fit for their style of play with his length and defensive activity. I was also impressed by his rebounding ability, getting extra possessions for his team. On a guard dominated offensive group, Princeton needs their wings to defend and generate extra possessions and Phillips does both of those things at a high level.
