Continuing the position recap from Riverside Brookfield Shootout here were the top wing prospects from the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105360' first='Lincoln' last='Williams'] Kankakee 2026

Williams is an uber athletic prospect who is the #1 player in the senior class. He excelled well in open-court play. Lincoln uses athleticism and length to be effective on the court. He made 4 threes and threw two dunks down versus Bolingbrook.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552479' first='RicoAntonio' last='D'Alessandro'] Maine South 2026

Rico played with a high motor and with a lot of physicality. He eclipsed 20 points three times this weekend with his shooting from the perimeter and physical attacks to the basket. Should be on low D1 radar.

[player_tooltip player_id='1845354' first='Oliver' last='Gray'] Barrington 2026

Oliver had a good showing at the shootout. Already a plus shooter from three point range. It was his handle and mobility with the ball that surprised me. At 6'5 he displayed a good feel on and off the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2531981' first='Cole' last='Kelly'] Neuqua Valley 2028

Kelly is the top player in the 2028 class and maybe top 5 regardless of class in the state. His motor is always running even when he's not having success at first. Dropped 26 in the game I watched where he hit 6 threes and rebounded very well in traffic. An area of his game that doesn't get discussed enough is how well he passes. Cole easily had 6 assists because of the attention he draws. High major prospect who just received an offer from Nebraska.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323283' first='Chris' last='Bolte'] St. Ignatius 2026

One of the better players from this past weekend who had the coaches talking. Bolte shot the ball well from mid-range and the three-ball. He is tough off the dribble as well. Chris can take a bump and score through the contact. His toughness and ability to score have generated several offers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552393' first='Gabriel' last='Sularski'] Lemont 2026

Solid weekend for Gabe as he had two very good games. The matchup against Whitney Young was maybe his best. Sularski has done a good job of using his size and agility to make plays at the rim. He at times is the primary ball handler and is often figuring out when to pass or score. Still considered a top prospect in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2839970' first='Jordan' last='Williams'] Fremd 2026

First time catching Williams in person after hearing so much about him. Out of the gate he has the college size and skillset that oozes D1 prospect. Lefty wing with nice handles and can score from all levels. He showed athleticism around the rim and seems to be a terrific rebounder. Will have several mid-major programs ready to offer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552441' first='Josh' last='Abushanab'] Glenbard West 2026

Josh is long and athletic and plays with a lot of energy and passion. He is a solid ball handler from the wing. He is often at his best when slashing away from the ball, but was used more on the ball for his team. He had a few games where he scored over 20 points and was also superb on the defensive side. Rebounds and steals were key for his team's success.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323622' first='Damari' last='Stephens'] Kenwood 2027

With the recent graduation and transfer of players from Kenwood it forced Damari to step up and be the go-to guy just a year ahead of schedule. He's a gifted scorer who gets downhill with force and nimble footwork. Stephen's can score through contact or by knocking down a shot from mid-range and three. He plays with the right type of aggression and will be a leader by example.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323617' first='Markese' last='Peoples'] St. Laurence 2027

I guess you could label People's as a guard but for St. Laurence as he plays some wing for them. Markese is a bowling ball who like Stephens can get downhill and finish in various ways. He likes to initiate contact before putting the ball in the basket. Yes, he is undersized but he finds a way to be effective. Peoples plays with a lot of heart and I believe he can compete on the college level.
