He has some wiggle off the bounce and can motor his way to different spots. He did a nice job in finding different ways to score. Chartier showed some ability from behind the arc and place if he becomes a perimeter dead-eye from his ceiling can even get higher as a prospect. Hoping he can add muscle to his frame which would help him immensely when he goes off to college. He has good size and length at the swingman spot. I want to see Seltzer become a step quicker on the defensive end. He keeps developing every time i see him play.
