McKoy figures to be among the hottest names across the entirety of the Philly Live field, as a host of programs across all levels of D1 have plans to get eyes on the emerging floor general in his high school setting after his spring breakout on the EYBL circuit. Fully healed from an injury that cost him the bulk of his sophomore year and rising junior summer, McKoy has drawn rave reviews with his play as a pure lead guard with a keen sense of when to score and when to facilitate based on what the situation calls for. He has solid positional size, shows comfort both getting downhill and knocking down shots from the perimeter, and often takes on the toughest perimeter assignment on the defensive end. Low-major offers have begun filing in with programs up to the high-major level keeping tabs on McKoy over the next several weeks.

Rosario has been a key piece of the Reading rotation for years, all while undergoing a following developmental arc as a prospect in the process. The physical two-way guard has always been effective, but was more of a downhill thumper who could have blinders on at times in his younger years. Rosario has grown leaps and bounds as a lead guard, refining his decisionmaking in a major way while still bringing the same downhill punch and Reading toughness that put him on the map initially. With the ability to knock down open shots at a reasonable clip and consistently impact the game defensively, Rosario is squarely on the radar of scholarship-level programs with the chance to catch some D1 looks if he can make some noise this month.

Sweeney has been doing a lot of winning as of late, leading Hershey to a state championship berth in the winter and positioning [program_tooltip program_id='2428018' first='Sideline' last='Cancer'] this spring for a run at the 17U MHC title come July. It could be cliché to call Sweeney a quarterback on the court if not for the fact that he doubles as Hershey's starting quarterback, carrying a fitting level of selflessness and leadership onto the hardwood. He gets downhill consistently with a blend of skill and physicality while consistently keeping his head up to make the appropriate read. Young for his grade, Sweeney could benefit from a post-grad year to transition his focus fulltime to hoops, but nonetheless is worthy of D1 attention before summer's end.

The other half of a dynamic [program_tooltip program_id='2428018' first='Sideline' last='Cancer'] starting backcourt tandem, Washington has shown himself to be one of the more dynamic scoring guards on the MHC. He's always flashed the offensive talent as a potent multi-level scorer with playmaking feel, but has turned a corner this spring in terms of consistently parlaying his talent into impactful production against similarly-talented competition. Still maturing in his overall approach, the Lancaster County product has the physical tools that combine with his natural ability to offer an intriguing upside that's already begun catching the eye of D1 programs throughout the spring.

He's often been an unsung hero, but Brown has been a valuable part of a lot of winning in both his high school and AAU settings in the past couple years. He'll be stepping into a marquee role for the first time as a senior, showcasing his ability as a scrappy and bursty paint-touch guard capable of generating instant offense when called upon. Brown has excelled in the past as a change-of-pace combo guard, so it will be interesting to see how he looks with more of an increased influence over the offense. He's shown himself to be a scholarship-level talent, with growth in his increased role as a senior (and potentially in a post-grad year) opening up potential paths to a D1 role.
