We are hard at work here in the month of June covering weekly high school leagues, team camps, shootouts, and much more. However, even during all of the busy scholastic competition going on this month, we also wanted to find time to update our prospect rankings. This week features our updated and expanded Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2028 Prospect Rankings. We are up to 35 ranked prospects and nearly 450 rising sophomore prospects total in the database as a whole after adding about 80 new names this update. As always, we will spend the whole week diving deeper in the rankings. Let's begin here with six prospects who did the most to improve their stock since the last update.

It is hard to move up much in the rankings when you are already #16, but Gilbert broke his way into the Top 10 in this update. He has been excellent through the spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076927' first='Indy' last='Heat'] proving himself against the best of the best in the Class of 2028 on the EYBL Circuit. The 6'5" wing has so much potential with the way he handles the ball at his size and the all-around perimeter skill level he possesses. Really projects as a dominant two-way threat on the wing.

We absolutely still need to watch Fly play more to fine tune our evaluation, but you can't argue with the production right now. The 6'4" athletic wing was one of the top scorers in the state among freshmen putting up over 16 points per game for Bowman Academy. He certainly looks the part, so far, as one of the best rising sophomore prospects in The Region.

We wrote about Foster a lot through the spring and he first stood out to us when watching Scecina Memorial play Roncalli during the high school season. Quite frankly, he was someone we probably should have had in the Top 25 already. However, he now makes his debut at #21 after playing very well on the UAA Circuit with Progeny. The 6'4" forward is one of the best rebounders in the class to this point and is such a crafty scorer around the basket.

[program_tooltip program_id='2847679' first='Refined' last='Indiana'] 15u has been one of the most fun, and successful, teams to follow on the Prep Hoops Circuit through the spring. Rucker's versatility has been a big part of their success. The 6'5" wing/forward can step out beyond the arc as a shooter, impact the game with his size inside, and has shown the ball skill to compete as a driver and creator. Assuming he still squeaks out another inch or two, and continues to get stronger, there is serious upside to his game.

This versatile 6'3"-6'4" wing has been one of the most impressive prospects of the spring on what is a very talented [program_tooltip program_id='2075551' first='Indiana' last='Game'] 15u team. Crown Point High School has plenty of young talent and he is certainly one of the pieces to watch. Wilson Jr. has all of the tools to not only be a big time scorer, but he should also continue to develop into a lockdown wing defender. He makes his debut here at #19 in our rankings after previously being on the watch list.
