198 teams. 342 games. Four venues. Three days, from Noon on Friday until about 6:00 p.m. on Sunday filled with Indiana High School Basketball. The annual IBCA/IHSAA Charlie Hughes Showcase is the single best evaluation and recruiting event of the calendar year. As always, Prep Hoops Indiana will have boots on the ground coverage from the opening tip-off until the final buzzer of this great event. With all three days now in the books let's highlight some additional prospects who improved their stock over the course of the weekend at Carmel High School and Westfield High School.

You can't argue with the size and physicality of this 6'7" center from Ben Davis High School. Anga is still developing on the offensive end, but he has gotten to the point where can finish out of the dunker's spot and will dominate the offensive glass giving himself plenty of opportunities for putbacks. On the defensive end he does a good job of being "in the way" at the rim. He deters, alters, and blocks a lot of shots. Definitely an under-the-radar, and high academic, interior presence for college programs to get eyes on. Anga followed up his Charlie Hughes performance with a strong showing at Tuesday night's PAC League.

Bravard is an explosive guard in the Southport backcourt that is really hard to keep out of the lane. He has some positional size and length, but it is the quick burst with the ball in his hands that allows him to get to his spots consistently. The 6'2" guard is explosive enough to get up and finish around the rim as well. Look for him to not only take over some playmaking duties for the Cardinals, but he also has the ability to serve as a "microwave scorer" type of role due to his aggressiveness and scoring prowess.

The Charlie Hughes Showcase offered our first real opportunity to sit down an evaluate this rising senior guard from Eastern Hancock High School. Loring, a 5'10" guard, is sneakily very athlete with some real vertical pop that allows him to be effective in the mid-range and when finishing at the end of his drives. He also rebounds from the guard spot well considering his smaller stature. Look for him to have a monster senior season for the Royals.

This big man quickly caught our attention on Friday night at the Charlie Hughes Showcase. Norton possesses some very impressive bounciness at the rim. The 6'6" big man plays hard, can get up above the rim at both ends of the floor, and is fluid when running the floor. He projects best as a small college 5-man with a high upside as a lob threat, rebounder, and interior defender. Norton really emerged as one of the best under-the-radar big men at the event.

Scoring 41 points and shooting 7-11 from three-point range will certainly catch the attention of some people. That is exactly what Pendleton, a rising senior forward from Brownstown Central High School, did on Sunday against Beech Grove. The 6'4" forward has such a versatile offensive game. He obviously can light it up from beyond the arc, but he is also very comfortable and effective when playing with his back to the basket on the block. Penldeton has really solidified himself as one of the top small college prospects in the rising senior class.

South had a very good sophomore season for the Center Grove Trojans and looks to poised to breakout even further as a junior. He had games of 30 points and 32 points at the Charlie Hughes Showcase while averaging over 20 points per game while leading his team to a 4-0 weekend. His all-around scoring ability, which includes some impressive shot-making from the perimeter, makes him very dangerous with the ball in his hands. An under-the-radar Class of 2027 prospect to keep tabs on.
