Colin is a high-IQ lead guard who does a great job getting others involved. He has a good handle and is a crafty finisher. He has a nice floater and can knock down open threes. I like the grittiness he plays with, and he is someone you trust to lead your offense as an extension of the coach. Brook has a nice handle and does a good job creating space. Brook is comfortable pulling up into long-range threes over defenders. Brook is a good passer and has great effort. He is a terrific shooter who can create for himself on the perimeter. Mike has a nice handle and does a great job creating his own from all three levels. He does a good job getting his body into you and then stepping back to get to his spot in the mid-range. He is a good driver and does well finishing through contact. He is a reliable catch-and-shoot guy, and he has hit a lot of timely shots. I love what he brings as a scoring guard for this VA Academy squad. He scored the ball in every way possible while being uber-efficient. He had a handful of great drives to the rim and had a couple of nice moves in the mid-range. He hit a floater and of course, showed off his elite shooting ability. Sean's jump shot looks perfect mechanically, and it feels like he's never going to miss when he lets the ball go. He is an elite scoring guard and one of the better two guards in the summer league. They flexed their muscles today, beating Springbrook by more than 60. I could have talked about 6 or 7 guys today from CG, but Zoje caught my eye again. Zoje was a difference-maker on defense and did a great job on the glass. He does a good job making the right pass, and he knocked down a few threes. He attacks the rim well, and at his size, I think he has a lot of the tools you look for in an elite wing. Zoje finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
