It was nice to see Mack play a featured role for [program_tooltip program_id='2289357' first='Team' last='Wildcat HGSL'] as he got to attack with the ball in his hands and make plays off the bounce. The wing guard is one of the best shooters in northeast Ohio and can consistently make shots off the catch or dribble. Mack hit a tough step back jumper and used his quick release to knock down a shot over a hard closeout as well in the game I saw. With the burst and aggressiveness to punish the defense off the dribble either as a slasher or facilitator, Mack is a well-rounded offensive player. Despite Saint Ignatius graduating two Division I commits from the 2025 class, with breakout springs for both Mack and [player_tooltip player_id='2458387' first='Rj' last='Jones'], there's no reason to expect Saint Ignatius to not continue to contend for a state championship next season.

I really enjoy how competitive Leppelmeier is as he finds a way to impact the game in so many ways. On the defensive end it seems like he gets his hand on the ball whether it's jumping a passing lane or stripping a ball handler. One of the best passers I saw all weekend, Leppelmeier can execute set plays for backdoor cuts or spot-up 3-pointers, but he also advances the ball up the court in transition unselfishly. As a driver, Leppelmeier plays off two feet and stays on balance to finish through contact and despite leaving a few points at the rim, I still loved his process to get high percentage looks. Everything I see from Leppelmeier's game makes me believe he's a high priority small college recruit

On a team that shares the ball as well as Northwest Ohio does, a scorer like Sensabaugh has an easy time getting high quality looks and scores at a very efficient rate. A knockdown shooter off the catch who also runs the floor for easy transition layups and has the touch and athleticism to make contested shots at the rim, Sensabaugh is a very skilled offensive player. While Sensabaugh and Leppelmeier have already made our 2026 rankings, I found a handful of new names that impressed me from Northwest Ohio as well that were added to our radar to be added to our 2026 rankings during the next update!

There were a lot of unsigned 2025 prospects competing this weekend and Harper was one of the top performers for his Run As One squad. The lefty wing made shots off the catch and has a college ready body that allows him to be physical and overpower smaller defenders at the rim. Harper caught fire from downtown in the game I caught but his best play was a sweet reverse layup with his left hand. Based on his impressive play, I assume Harper added to his small college interest after this weekend.

Playing up an age group, Waters is one of the elite shooters in southwest Ohio and caught fire against Indy Heat EYBL in a statement win by Ohio Champion. I've been impressed with how Waters had held up physically against more mature competition as an smaller framed guard playing up an age group. The advantage for Waters is he's getting the experience this year and will have a whole year to hit the weight room and add muscle for his true 17 U grassroots season next spring.
