Over the past few days we have been pumping out content from our annual Prep Hoops Circuit Grit Region Finals. Our team of scouts has covered it all including daily notebook dumps, top performers, All-Tournament teams, and much more. Now, before we close the book on yet another great event, let's highlight a few more prospects who haven't gotten then shine they deserve yet. Here are six additional prospects who didn't make our All-Tournament teams but did stand out to us over the course of the weekend.

A consistent standout throughout the spring, Goins was very good once again for The Academy Black at the Grit Region Finals. Ranked as the #86 prospect in Michigan's Class of 2026, it is easy to see why the 6'5" prospect from Wayne Memorial High School. He blends impressive athletic tools, length, and perimeter skill into his 6'5" frame. Goins shoots it well from beyond the arc and shows the ability to change directions as a driver which makes him very hard to stop given his positional size and length.

Kowalski was a consistent standout for Pro Lane 17u at the Grit Region Finals. Ranked as a Top 150 prospect by Prep Hoops Wisconsin, the 6'2" guard showed off his perimeter shooting ability as well as displaying the skill level to attack closeouts in a straight line. The threat of his catch-and-shoot ability puts the defense in tough closeout situations and he was able to make use those moments all weekend long.

It was the end-to-end explosiveness and overall playmaking ability that stood out while evaluating McGee this weekend. The Indianapolis Metropolitan guard can go coast-to-coast in a hurry and did a great job of finishing with both hands up around the rim in transition. McGee also was an effective and willing passer while helping lead INB Elite to the quarterfinals of the 17u bracket at the Prep Hoops Circuit Grit Region Finals. He is an under-the-radar guard prospect for small college programs to keep an eye on heading into June and July.

This 6'8" center from Heritage Christian in Indianapolis continues to get better and better. He played as well as we have seen him play over the course of the weekend at the Grit Region Finals scoring in double-figures in a couple of games that we watched. Peters also has improved his hands which helps him catch and finish on the roll and rebound everything in his area. College programs are always in need of size and as his skill starts to catch up, as it has this spring, he should continue to become more and more attractive as a prospect.

Therapos was absolutely one of the best catch-and-shoot threats at the Prep Hoops Circuit Grit Region Finals. The 5'10" guard from Hinsdale South High School in Illinois was on fire from deep in both games that we watched of [program_tooltip program_id='2075386' first='Chicago' last='Lockdown'] - Therapos. His ability to create shots for his teammates off of the bounce, in part because of the constant shooting threat he poses, along with his obvious off-ball shooting ability makes him a versatile backcourt piece. He is a high percentage shot-maker.

One of the more impressive big men at the Grit Region Finals, this 6'7" center from Wayne High School in Ohio really stood out for his Midwest Flyers - Levett team. Ward II spaced the floor for a corner three-point shot, hit another trailing the play in transition, and was a consistent finisher around the basket using his size, strength, and physicality. He can definitely find a home at the next level.
