Rumble In The Rapids: 17u All-Tournament Team

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Rumble In The Rapids was quite simply 1 of the deepest and most talented events in the midwest this weekend. The 17u division had college level talent floating all over the gym. I'm going to give you 5 players that make up a Rumble In The Rapids All-Tournament Team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There were so many deserving players. Please keep in mind that this is just 1 person's perspective covering about 100 17u games. I can only go by what I was able to see. He was extremely athletic with good positional size and strength. Favors was able to get out in the open floor and finish from the wing as well as create space athletically and hit jumpers. He put up nice numbers, but almost nothing was or looked forced, which is especially impressive in grassroots basketball. Bascom saw the floor and made smart decisions with the ball. He followed a standout performance in Dearborn Heights with an excellent weekend in Grand Rapids. No matter the situation, he never gets rattled or thrown off by the moment. Brown really stood out this weekend at Rumble In The Rapids. The young man can fill it up with his jumper and has the range to back it up as well.
