Costigan was nothing short of spectacular in the win against Skyline. He really kept the Hornets within striking distance in the first half. Costigan came out aggressive, scoring from multiple levels. He sliced his way through the Skyline zone and had about 8 points really early in the game.

The forward definitely caught my eye in this game. He's a player that you have to see live to see his true influence on a game. Seck was excellent defensively and on the glass. He had the ability to alter shots and end possessions. Seck is a bouncy forward that should be getting next level looks.

Saline figured out the zone in the 2nd half and Kronberg went on to stretch the floor for the Hornets. He showed off his pure jumper from behind the arc. But Kronberg didn't just hit 3 pointers. His triples were BIG. It seemed like whenever Skyline made a push, Kronberg responded with a dagger 3.

Wall just has the look of a hooper. Don't know what his stats were and they don't really matter. The young man is a gamer, and just a freshman. Wall has a nice looking jumper and the toughness to go with it. He is going to cause fits in the SEC for the next few years.

Cotuna had a huge influence on the outcome of this game. His defense was beyond valuable. Cotuna constantly altered shots around the rim. That rim protection resulted in at least 6 blocks on the night. Cotuna's highlight may have been a perimeter steal that led to a fast break 2 handed dunk finish.
