Well, we have you covered once again right here in this article. SUBSCRIBE today and use the passcode "Swanny30" at checkout to save 30% off your first billing cycle. #RecruitThePalmettoState

[program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars 3SSB'] Has Plenty of Talent:

The 2028 Palmetto State Class Rankings have been published for the first time last week. This [program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars 3SSB'] 15U has plenty of players finding themselves on the top of the list. Antoine can play all over the perimeter when needed for his squad. He's extremely effective going to the glass and securing rebounds from his position and attacking the cup at times from the wing or along the baseline.

Wiersma just looks to outwork defenders down low with his strong work ethic. Brice looks to collect rebounds on both ends of the court with his aggressive nature on the glass. Jones will look to handle the rock when needed and does whatever needed to help the team win. Zyion is a long and rangy athlete who can really cover a lot of ground on the deck.

The [program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars 3SSB'] 15U has plenty of different options and players to make some noise each game out in the box score. The cupboard surely is full right now headed into this Grassroots season.

Lassiter has Strong Showing:

[player_tooltip player_id='2825153' first='JJ' last='Lassiter'] had a solid weekend with his [program_tooltip program_id='2076394' first='Team' last='South Carolina'] Red squad. The left-handed forward was able to pour 34 points in a contest we caught vs Team Hustle. JJ was able to score the ball inside-out with his array of jumpers, set shots and slashing to the cup. He really uses his body well to fight off defenders. JJ really has a great old-school flare to his game and was extremely effective with his play all weekend long.

[program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia']:

[player_tooltip player_id='2824781' first='Kaleb' last='Peters'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2377600' first='Braxton' last='Rhone'] both had solid showings in the game we caught [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] 15U play in here this weekend. Peters who attends Ridge View HS was able to finish everything around the paint area. Kaleb was effective from 8-10 feet in with his short jumper. He did a nice job of keeping the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. Kaleb has good length and really did a nice job of being active in the passing lanes.

Rhone a guard plays his basketball over at Spring Valley HS. Braxton plays the game very physical at times on the way to the bucket. Rhone was able to finish at the rim when he wasn't directing traffic from out top. Braxton was a nice vocal leader for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078753' first='Upward' last='Stars Columbia'] 15U squad at all times.

2029 Palmetto State Class:

Prep Hoops is always on the lookout for Youngsters and we caught some this weekend in Landrum HS at the On the Radar Carolina Mania event. [player_tooltip player_id='2822369' first='Jordan' last='Lewis'] is already a big young man for his age. Lewis a football player in the fall surely makes his presence on the hardwood. The big-bodied Lewis has soft hands and really does a nice job of passing the rock. He was able to finish through contact down low. Jordan attends Dawkins Middle School.

[player_tooltip player_id='2826373' first='Kylan' last='Booker'] is the nephew of Justin Amadi former Dorman HS player.
