Young has been on an incredible this postseason and this continued in this game. He led all scorers with 29 points and made it look so easy. He knocked down an open shot. Used his defense to create easy buckets for himself and others. 14 of his points came in the 1st quarter. He was able to score at the rim whenever he wanted. He is a good-sized guard who knows how to dictate contact well. He plays with great control and confidence in this game.

Perkins just never seems to be uncomfortable in games. He seems to be in full control and plays the game at once controlled pace. It is smooth and soothing to watch. He was able to get to the rim when he wanted. He attacks well on a straight line to the basket. He rarely gets bumped off his spot. He extends his long arms to get by the defense and finishes with a touch around the rim. He was able to get out in transition and capitalize efficiently.

Perkins is so quick it almost looks like he was toying with the defense today. When St. Francis tried to apply their own pressure to him, he made one quick move and sped by them. He was able to put them in a hostage dribble and the entire floor opened up for him and his teammates. He is a great and sharp change of directions on a dime. He was able to get to whatever spot he needed to on the court with his quickness.

Sophomore King is a forward who is not the tallest, but he is the strongest on the floor today. I was surprised by his ability to not give up an inch in the post with his defense against much bigger players. He was like trying to guard a brick wall. He did a great job of fronting the post without getting pushed up too high. He was a physical player with a great presence in the post. He is strongly built all around He got rebounds and was able to score it well for the Warriors.

Poellnitz came off the bench and provided a great spark for St. Francis. They were struggling to bring the ball up and couldn't get comfortable on offense until Poellnitz came in. The freshman is a very nice smooth athlete and was able to turn to the corner and attack the great ball pressure of Westerville North. He was able to score the ball at and above the rim well. He was the best player for St. Francis today and showed he was able to play very well in a fast-paced game. He has a great soft touch around the rim.
