His mindset is a strong as his frame, and he's a very physical guard. Who plays to his size with bruising finishing around the rim and all around toughness. Scored a game high 17 points, while also bullying is his way to 8 boards as well. The only complaint, 4-8 free throw shooting. Something the senior lead will surely clean up as he continues on his mission to end his career with Gold.

Mr Windex was at it again with a 16 point and 14 rebound double-double. Even against a team with a couple players taller, there's no substitute for the impressive tenacity Deans attacks the boards with. His all action mentality was perhaps best captured in the fourth quarter. Scored a tough finish at the rim, then raced to the other end and took a charge. Effort like that changes games, and potentially leads to championships. Which Lawton is one step closer to after Monday night.

Game high 26 points, with 19 of them coming during the second half. Great complete scoring performance, earned trips to the line for 12-15 free throw shooting. Has better pace and control on drives, taking bumps and still finishing. Remains a sharpshooting at heart and hit some big threes. But his improved ability to score when ran off the line and be a go to option; has this Chargers team looking potentially Golden on Saturday.

Del City grinded out another victory, holding Collsinvile to 34 points, 31% shooting from the field and 14 turnovers. Chief among the havoc causers for the Eagles, Shaw. He's a quick junior, with even quicker handers. Had a back breaking steal and score that summed up the game and helped DC further salt away the game in the final quarter. The gritty junior guard had 6 points, 2 steals and 2 assists. A fitting stat line for a balanced, defensive minded team.

Do it all off guard, who even though he didn't shoot it well from the perimeter, still found ways to make an impact. Made two of the biggest plays of the fourth quarter, drawing charges on back to back possessions. Finished with 11 points, and is clearly willing to sacrifice for the team.

The high flying senior let everyone know what kind of game it would be when they go baseline and throw down a nasty one hander. To go along with the dunk, he had more "where did he come from" blocks to erase points at the rim. Amazing athletic profile for the NEO Football signee. Shooting wasn't great on the night, but it was his fourth quarter three that kicked started the run that would the Wolverines the game. Scored 12 points.

Nash might as well be the heart of the MWC program for the last two years, because once again it was his pure hustle, pure effort and pure intensity that tried to swing the game. The first half was a major struggle, but MWC won the third quarter 14-4. It was almost all Nash, he got to the rim at will and caused havoc helping to force turnovers. Officially he wasn't credited with a single steal, but that number feels way off. In the second half, he did score 14 of his 17 total points. In an age where effort and school pride isn't a guarantee, Nash is a refreshing throwback. Who was always fun to watch for the Bombers.

It was often the senior duo of Lawton that supercharged their game, but the junior scorer picked his spots well. Including a couple crucial scores in the fourth that was part of a huge run that swung the game in Lawton's favor. 11 valuable points as Brewer grew under the bright lights of state.

Rhodes bought into his role and finished a productive and impactful sophomore campaign for EC. Hit threes, and got after it on defense. Even was willing to take a charge. Finished with 11 points and plays with better focus while retaining swagger. Good trajectory and role to thrive in as he switches gears to AAU season.

Davis went out with 21 points and 8 rebounds. The dunks at the rims were expected for the springy power forward. But it was his three of four shooting from three that best showed the continually growth he made throughout his high school career. It wasn't the ending Davis wanted, but he should be one of the hottest names for colleges. Either JuCos for the now more common "one year of JuCo then D1" path. Or a stable D1 program that is wanting to add depth and has a development plan for him.
