Each week during the high school season, Prep Hoops Wisconsin and Zaleski Sports will select boys' basketball teams of the week across the WIAA's five divisions. Here are this weeks honored squads:

DIVISION 1 … KAUKAUNA

Extending its current winning streak to 13 games last week with wins over Appleton North and Kimberly, Kaukauna has clinched at least a share of the Fox Valley Association championship and takes a 20-3 record into its regular-season finale Thursday against Fond du Lac. If the Ghosts beat second-place Fond du Lac, they will win the FVA title all by themselves. Coach Mike Schalow's squad got a school-record setting performance from Green Bay recruit Keegan Van Kauwenberg Keegan Van Kauwenberg Keegan Van Kauwenberg 6'3" | CG Kaukauna | 2025 State WI (6-4) in its 98-79 road triumph over arch-rival Kimberly. Van Kauwenberg made 20-of-31 shots in the game, including a highly impressive eight-of-10 from three-point range. Vastly improved senior forward Caden Graff (6-5) pitched in 19 points and junior forward Andrew Jensen Andrew Jensen Andrew Jensen 6'9" | PF Kaukauna | 2026 State WI (6-8) added 11 points and 11 rebounds. In a 66-56 win over Appleton North, Van Kauwenberg had 14 points while Jensen and Graff added 12 points each. Van Kauwenberg leads Kaukauna in scoring at 23.9 ppg while Jensen is contributing 17.2 ppg and 10.9 rpg.

DIVISION 2 ... WAUWATOSA WEST

The Trojans dug themselves a bit of a hole in the Greater Metro Conference standings with losses to Germantown (twice), Brookfield Central and Brookfield East before the end of January. But coach Christopher Newbauer's squad had rallied big time in February. With seven straight wins, including crucial victories over Marquette and Brookfield Central last week, Wauwatosa West has zoomed into a first-place tie in the league standings with both Brookfield schools. All three teams sit at 11-4 in league play with one contest left. Wauwatosa West, which hosts Sussex Hamilton on Thursday, helped to create that deadlock at the top with a 65-56 road win over Brookfield Central last Friday. Sophomore wing Jalen Brown Jalen Brown Jalen Brown 6'4" | CG Wauwatosa West | 2027 State #94 Nation WI (6-4) poured in 26 points while junior forward Matthew Kloskey Matthew Kloskey Matthew Kloskey 6'5" | SF/SG Wauwatosa West | 2026 State WI (6-5) added 20. The win improved the Trojans' record to 17-6 and followed a 74-65 win over Marquette last Tuesday. Kloskey went off for 35 points while senior Jake Hansen Jake Hansen Jake Hansen 6'1" | SG Wauwatosa West | 2025 State #331 Nation WI (6-1) added 16 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

DIVISION 3 ... GALE-ETTRICK-TREMPEALEAU

The Red Hawks snapped West Salem's Coulee Conference winning streak at 47 games last Friday with a resounding 72-66 victory over the visiting Panthers. That impressive win came on the heels of handing Cochrane-Fountain City just its second loss of the season earlier in the week. Cochrane-Fountain City has clinced the title in the Dairyland Small Conference while West Salem is in the driver's seat to win the Coulee. The wins over two highly regarded opponents last week lifted G-E-T's record to 14-8 under coach Ian Anderson. In the win over West Salem, junior guard Mason Brone Mason Brone Mason Brone 6'3" | PG Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau | 2026 State WI (6-4) scored a game-high 28 points. He got plenty of help from teammate senior forward Brecken Ebersold Brecken Ebersold 6'4" | SF Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau | 2025 WI (6-4), who netted 22 points. Brone also led the way in the win over Cochrane-Fountain City with 22 points while senior Jackson Burns Jackson Burns Jackson Burns 6'5" | SF/SG Gale Ettrick Trempealeau | 2025 State WI (6-5) added 19 points. G-E-T has won six games in a row heading into games this week with Altoona and Westby.

DIVISION 4 ... CLEAR LAKE

The Warriors secured the championship in the Western Division of the Lakeland Conference last week with wins over Frederic and Unity. After finishing in a tie for sixth place in the leagues standings a year ago and being projected to finish fourth this season, the title is a bit unexpected for coach Jason Sargent's crew, which takes a 20-2 overall record and the No. 1 seeding in Sectional 4 into games this week with New Auburn and Bruce. Sophomore Caleb Arcand Caleb Arcand 6'0" | SG Clear Lake | 2027 State WI (5-10) has been instrumental in the Warriors' success as he leads the team in scoring (18.0 ppg) while also contributing well on the glass (5.6 rpg). Another sophomore, Max Everts (6-1), also is having a big season for Clear Lake as he ranks second on the squad in scoring at 13.0 ppg and first in rebounding at 7.0 rpg. Senior guard Jordan Blanchard Jordan Blanchard 5'10" | CG Clear Lake | 2025 WI (5-10) has provided strong leadership and is contributing 6.9 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 3.9 apg and 2.3 spg.

DIVISION 5 ... SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS

The Cavaliers are enjoying one of their better seasons since joining the WIAA in 2000. Saint Thomas Aquinas, located in Marinette, defeated Marinette & Oconto Conference foes Oneida Nation and Suring last week to improve its season record to 15-6 in all games and 10-5 in league play. It's the first winning record for the school since going 19-6 in 2013-14. Coach Jack Farley, a former standout player for the school, got two huge performances last week from his younger brother, Jake, a 5-foot-9 sophomore guard. Jake Farley Jake Farley 5'10" | PG Saint Thomas Aquinas | 2027 State WI had 33 points, seven rebounds and seven steals in the 74-54 triumph over Suring while also contributing 29 points in the 70-51 win over Oneida Nation. Senior forward Teagan Anderson Teagan Anderson 6'1" | SF Saint Thomas Aquinas | 2025 State WI (6-1), a four-year varsity player who recently surpassed 1,000 career points, has been big all year for the Cavaliers. He had 20 points and 22 rebounds against Suring, and 22 points and 19 boards against Oneida Nation. Junior wing Caleb Duvall Caleb Duvall Caleb Duvall 6'2" | CG Saint Thomas Aquinas | 2026 WI (6-2) added 15 points and strong defense in the win over Suring.
