Quickness on the basketball court can be a huge asset. And Farley is as quick as they come with the ball in his hands. His ability to use a jab fake or ball fake and then zoom around defenders on his way to the basket is difficult to stop because of his explosiveness. He also is a capable shooter from three-point range so defenders cannot just play him for the drive. Defensively, Farley does an excellent job doubling the ball and getting deflections that often lead to steals and layups. He is averaging 25.9 points and a remarkable 6.9 steals for St. Thomas Aquinas, which is 9-9 under Farley’s older brother/coach, Jack Farley.
