The junior sharpshooter played a key role in helping Blake hold off Minneapolis Camden on Monday night. He did a great job of passing and relocating, just probing for gaps out on the perimeter to catch and shoot. Carson has done a nice job of adding aspects to his game, as he's more than just a shooter now. He was dangerous coming off screens and getting downhill, while also doing a nice job of feeding his bigs. You never really saw Carson look out of control, and he did a good job of finding his shots within the flow of the offense. He scored a game high 25 points in the win.

Minnesota Prep played their lone home game of the season on Wednesday, taking on a Chi Prep team that featured Murray State signee Tristian Ford. Jalyn came out firing early on, showcasing impressive shooting range, with the ability to shoot off the catch or dribble. He got ridiculous elevation on his shot, which allowed him to get his shots up against taller guards. Jalyn likes to push the tempo, and did a nice job of scanning the floor while sprinting through defenders, allowing him to pick up 5 assists in the win. After a hot start, Chi Prep was forced to face guard Jalyn most of the second half with their best player. Although that slowed down his scoring down the stretch, he still finished with a team high 20 points while leading his team to a win.

Eban helped lead a comeback charge against Blake, keeping things close down the stretch against one of the best teams in Class AA. Eban showed impressive change of speed on the ball, able to get defenders leaning one way before exploding in the opposite direction. He utilized that shiftiness to find ways to get to the basket, and has a handful of finishes with both hands. Although he did make a few risky passes, Eban has the vision to create a play out of nothing, and was setting up his teammates with quality looks all game long, including a behind the back dime to a three point make.

TJ took over in the second half to help BSM pick up their second win over Orono. The unsigned senior wing immediately picked up two finishes at the rim, including a dunk in transition to give his team a bunch of momentum early in the half. He was putting his strong 6'5 frame to use getting into the lane, and either powering his way to the basket, or showcasing his touch with a short jumper. Did a nice job of moving his feet defensively and forcing some tough shots out of his man. Someone who can defend a number of spots on the floor because of how he can move laterally at his size.

You don't see many 6'8 guys that can move like Omar does. Against Minneapolis Camden, he spent some time bringing the ball up for his team, and also showed the handle to take a defensive rebound and initiate the break on his own. Has impressive mobility to weave through defenders to get to the rim, and was aggressive fighting for offensive boards and going right back up for two points. Has a quick second leap that makes him dangerous on the offensive glass. Omar did a nice job of fighting for deep post position, and putting his size advantage to use to score 23 points in a win.

Dothan showcased some impressive versatility in a win over Park Center on Tuesday night. He's moving more agile than he was at the start of the season, and seems to be growing in confidence. Started off the game powering his way to the basket for an and-one finish, before showing his perimeter skill-set getting into a mid-range jumper and connecting with comfort. On multiple occasions Dothan was able to beat his man off the dribble, force a help defender to step up, and then deliver an accurate pass to an open teammate around the rim. Capped the game off with a transition dunk to give his team a 74-63 win. Dothan finished with 21 points on the night.

Tristian put together a huge second half to bring his team back from a 20 point deficit, and make it a game down the stretch. The 6'2+ lefty is a fluid athlete who can effortlessly weave his way around defenders, and is dangerous coming off screens. Has the burst to get downhill and finish in traffic, or can stop on a dime for a pull-up jumper. Has active hands defensively and was able to pick his man's pocket on multiple occasions. Plays the game with a calm demeanor and just goes out and makes plays.
