Cochran has the frame and size that you'd look for in wing forwards to develop down the line. He moves his feet well, has tremendous length and should be able to add weight and muscle as he matures. He also impressed me with his ability to move off the basketball in the half-court. I also like Cochran's aggressiveness going for rebounds and loose balls and he has soft hands. There's plenty of other skills for Cochran to develop over the next two years offensively but I think he's on the right path to becoming a priority recruit, he currently holds an offer to Pepperdine.

One of the most athletic players in the greater Cincinnati area, Gill plays with a suddenness to his game that I like. In transition, Gill can score as a slasher and play above the rim. His elite defensive traits also shine with his ability to force turnovers and push the pace. Gill is a perfect fit for a Bryan Wyant coached team who demands intensity on the defensive end of the court and always has a scrappy style of play. Expect Division I schools to be in contact with Gill when they are allowed to directly message 2027 prospects in June.

A high upside prospect out of central Ohio, Cornett III has grown literally and as a player over the past six months. Confidence continuing to grow offensively, Cornett is currently a secondary option on a Westerville North squad that has state title aspirations. Nova Village 15 U had some intriguing prospects last spring and I'll be curious to see how they look at the 16 U level this spring. I'd imagine Division I coaches around the midwest make it an emphasis to check out this group during live periods.

One of the more exciting players in northeast Ohio, Young plays with a flair and confidence that's tough to beat. A very small guard, Young does a nice job of using acrobatic finishes at the rim to avoid shot blockers. Young also makes shots off the bounce and catch from the perimeter and rises to the occasion. It'll be interesting to see which schools make Young a priority as his size will be a question mark for some college coaches. Luckily for Young, his production speaks for itself after being named to an all-state team in Division I as a freshman.
